Sweet Spot Cake Shoppe — Restaurant in O’Fallon

I’ve popped into Sweet Spot Cake Shoppe twice now in a week! I first came in for a birthday sweet haul for my sweet hubby, and everything I bought was gone by the following day! For my hubby’s special day, I picked up a petite cake, four large specialty cupcakes, a petite cheesecake, four cake shots, and a cake pop. Everything was absolutely delicious, no one had a single complaint. My little one isn’t big on cake, but that changed very quickly upon the first bite from Daddy’s plate.

Yesterday, I popped back in for a dozen cupcakes and two petite cakes for my lovely hairstylist, her family, and her staff. Everyone was just raving over the cupcakes! I was receiving thank-you’s from the beginning of my appointment to the moment I was walking out the door when someone called out, “Thank you for the cupcake! It was DELICIOUS!!” I’d bet a considerable amount of money that every cupcake was gone by the time I left haha! I’ll be back again soon, Christmas is this weekend,...

Excellent selection of cookies, pastries and cupcakes. If you love sweet treats, you need to visit! Delicious variety. They have such an excellent outgoing customer service too! Family owned/operated. Everything looks so freshly decorated and taste like a slice of heaven. My favorite cupcake was the sea salt caramel. So light and delectable it melted in your mouth!

We had a small taste test party and sampled the absolute best variety of homemade goodness ever! Gooey Butter to make your grandma smile. Cookies to warm the hearts of any kid. Cannolis so tasty your Italian friends will be jealous. And cupcakes to take the cake!! The chocolate. The lemon. The carrot. And OMG The caramel to die for!

They did an amazing job with my daughter’s Encanto cake. We just moved from Vegas and had no idea how hard it was to find a bakery that would make a special cake like hers. We asked around and no one was able to make the cake.

I just happened to bump into this place on my way to pick up dinner. So I decided to go inquire about the cake. To my surprise, they said they could do it. I was eerie at first since no one would take on that challenge.

The day I went to go pick up the cake, it was worth every penny. The guests commented how cute the cake was and tasted amazing as well.
