While walking by, it looked too good to pass up! Seated right away which was nice considering the Vineyard was packed this weekend! I had the fish tacos which were pretty good... The only thing I didn't know & didn't see on the description was that were hot peppers on them, which I picked off, but it'd been easier had I known they were put on, bc I'd have just requested to hold them. The fish on the tacos was amazing! Super crispy and tasted delicious! Unfortunately, I didn't like the sauce they were doused with. It was good at first, but then got sickeningly sweet, and as I finished the first of two, I couldn't eat the second one because the sauce just got to be too sweet, and normally I love sweet, it was just TOO sweet, like food sweet, not like a pastry or candy sweet if that makes sense. Next time I'd ask for the sauce on the side and if you're not a sweet sauce person, I'd Def make sure to get it on the side. I also had the drink special, Watermelon was the flavor of the day, marguerita, it was very good, refreshing, but small for the cost and hype, as I was expecting a big fancy watermelon filled drink. It was delicious though and definitely not the usual pre-measured very little alcohol and drink mix you'd get at one of those chain places, thankfully! So it made the price worth it, I just wish it was a little bigger... I'd guess it was a 6oz plastic cup, with ice, so maybe 4oz of actual drink. 8-10oz plactic cups at least would be better. The final of the meal was omg!!! The apple caramel filled churro I think they were called... Were soooo good! I got 2 with ice cream and she brought 2 spoons, for my best friend to dig in?? Lol, I told her, you may be my BFF, but if you pick up that spoon, I'm picking up my fork and not to use as a eating utensil 😉😂 I don't share well when you can very well get your own! Lol! And I ate it all with no help and no shame lol!!! And funny enough, these are the ONLY pics I took that entire trip! 😂😂

The food here was great, and the portions were good-sized. Serive was also top-notch. There were a lot of margarita and other tequila selection in their menu. But we did not try them. We had quesadilla grande and fajitas along with chips and Pico. This was enough for 4 people. Pico was fresh and small in quantity compared to large bowl of chips. So we asked for extras salsa. The salsa was clearly store bought, not fresh, and again, it was a small cup. When we got the check, to my surprise, extra salsa was charged around $3. I've never seen any tex-mex place to charge for store bough salsa. But I highly recommend this place for lovely food. And not to mention, they are the only place who stays open late till 12 AM. When we visited at the end of March, all other restaurants closed around 9 pm. Ohh I almost forgot, don't forget to look at their wall for some funny quotes.

Unfortunately, there is no option for a negative rating in Google but they deserve it. This food made me so sick that it ruined my Martha Vineyard tour. ***WARNING*** DON'T GO TO THIS RESTAURANT Food: 1. We ordered nachos with salsa. The nachos weren't properly fried and the salsa tasted like tomato ketchup. 2. For the main course we had veggie chimichangas', vegadilla, and vegarito. All had the same filling of veggies but without beans (except chimichanga as beans came in the side). Have of ever heard of these dishes without beans??? None of them had any flavor. Chimichangas are supposed to be crispy but they were so soggy that it felt like we were eating burrito. Service: Worst service. We are vegetarian so wanted to make sure that we are ordering meat-free food. We asked the waitress and she said that she would send the server. We waited 10 mins but no one came, we again reminded her, then she sent the server after 5 mins. After that also she was getting irritated about us asking any food-related questions. Atmosphere: Okay, normal restaurant. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. I don't want people to get sick. Even after such a bad service they had the audacity to add a 20% tip on their own for the party of 3 people.

Sharky’s Cantina in Oak Bluffs is a must-visit if you’re on Martha’s Vineyard! The food is consistently delicious, thanks to the incredible talents of Tass, the chef. The nachos, in particular, are outstanding—loaded with fresh toppings, perfectly melted cheese, and just the right amount of spice. Whether you’re sharing with friends or indulging on your own, they’re a must-try! What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service. Anna, our waiter, was exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure our dining experience was top-notch from start to finish. Her recommendations were spot on, and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The lively atmosphere, combined with the fantastic food—especially those nachos—and outstanding service from Tass and Anna, makes Sharky’s Cantina a standout spot in Oak Bluffs. Can’t wait to come back!

Came here last night because we were starving. It was nice that the kitchen was open late after 11p even though Google maps said they were closed. The overall vibes in the place were nice and although the waitress was super sweet, the food was just okay in my opinion. I had the Chicken Chimichenga but I wish it had more flavor or seasoned more. The rice and beans I really couldn't eat. Maybe if I tried something else on the menu the experience would be different. Overall I would come back and recommend this place to grab a quick bite and a drink, but just don't expect more. Meal with a soda came to about 23 to 25 with tip. I did like how the place was decorated.

We love Sharky’s! This is a fabulous family-friendly spot with something for everyone. Kids can easily order a burger or hot dog. Plus, they go home with a toy shark- something my boys look forward to every time! The food is delicious and service is fast. I love the ‘dilla options. The ‘Rita’s are interesting and tasty. We’ve never had a bad bite at Sharky’s - everything you want from a Cantina.
