Starbucks — Restaurant in Oak Brook

Horrible service. I got there and there was no line however I waited a few minutes for someone to take my order. There were 5 people working but they pretended to not see me. Then, when someone finally decides to take my order she simply walked away as I was placing the order to go do something else. As she's walking away from me she screams at one of the baristas to finish taking my order. I had to start my order all over again with the second barista. When I drank my latte it was so unbelievably hot that it burned my tongue and throat. I understand lattes are supposed to be hot but this one was at boiling...

Was running late this morning and am not familiar with this area. Chose the closest Starbucks to me not realizing it's not a drive thru. There were several people in front of me and only one very pleasant barista. Already in a time crunch, I thought it would be a long wait. I was in and out IN MINUTES, even with most of the customers ordering breakfast sandwiches along with their complex orders (mine included). Barista was efficient, professional and friendly. An okay Starbucks, convenient location, but they do not accept any Starbucks rewards, and now they also do not accept the starbucks rewards, the app gift OR cards?! What is the point? One of the best things about Starbucks is the use of their app to achieve rewards. This location previously took the app and gift cards, but did not accept rewards, which was annoying, but not a deal-breaker, however, their refusal to use the app AT ALL now...
