Worst experience ever!! The best part of the whole experience was the server she was very nice about the situation and totally understood why we were upset. We ordered 2 byo grand slams very simple meals eggs, hashbrowns, pancakes, toast, and bacon. We got our food and both of our servings of hashbrowns were RAW. You could definitely see they did not cook them all the way they put them on the grill flipped them once and served them raw in the middle. So we called over our server she took them back and had them make us new ones, the manager comes out with one plate so they didn't even cook my boyfriend new ones, then she sits the plate down in front of me and they are still raw! Obviously we are upset we call over the waitress she's apologizing like it's her fault I told her it's not her fault but that is sad for a cook to cook raw hashbrowns TWICE! They are the easiest thing to make too. So we call over the manager and she says she will take care of the bill up front we get up front she comps one meal and we still end up paying over 16 dollars for 1 serving of eggs 1 serving of toast and pancakes and 2 drinks cause that is all we got to eat out of our meals. We still tipped our server of course because she was very nice and it was not her fault. Let's just say we will not be visiting dennys again! I can cook better breakfast at home for a total of...
Read moreI have been here a couple of times. The service is great, but unfortunately, the food is close to inedible. I ordered an omelette with fruits, as listed on the menu, but the waiter informed me that I would be charged an extra dollar because they don't serve it that way and suggested I get potatoes instead. I said it was okay, and then, to my great surprise, I received spoiled fruit without any apology. Also in fruit wasn’t any strawberries like on photo.
I understand this is not the waiter’s fault; she is just following the manager’s instructions. Even though the manager came to try to make things right, it was too late for me. It is shameful to serve food in such a condition. The worst part is that they all knew what they were doing. From their reactions, it was clear they were trying to see if they could get away with it, which is totally disgusting and unprofessional.
I didn't go to a fast food restaurant; I believe I was dining at one of the most famous restaurant chains in the USA. This policy and style of work ensure that I will never return to this place. The shift manager was Diena. After I complained, they just rushed the waiter to take my payment, which wasn't the issue. We all know how that should be handled, and it should not have been dealt with like this. This all happened on Saturday June 22. 2024 around...
Read moreI have /been/ to some Denny's. And never have I been so extraordinarily impressed than at the Oak Creek Denny's. My sister and I rolled in at approximately 12:30am after a concert in Milwaukee and we're very promptly seated. After much deliberation and a careful compromise, we started our meal with a Build Your Own Sampler (Pick Three), she got buffalo wings, I got mozzie sticks, and we split the onion rings. This apertif was accompanied by a very academic discussion about what the lawful condiment pairing to onion rings is. Our waitress, Alison M., who very well could have been the only person working that night, came at exactly the right times to take our order, and brought our Build Your Own Grand Slams out literally as I was about to ask my sister when she thought our food would come out. Everything was perfect, Alison was so cool and patient with us and calmly handled not only all the people in Denny's at 1am on a Thursday, but she also rung us out. We stan Alison M. The only weird thing was every fifteen minutes when an ominous robotic woman's voice told "customer 2" that their shower was ready in what felt weirdly...
