I've been to this place a couple of times now. Normally, I'm not someone to leave a review unless I absolutely love a place. This Dunkin is awful. Every time I've gone I've waited much longer for my food than anticipated, which would be totally understandable if it were fresh, and not frozen. I've gotten cold food, burnt food and now no food. I waited a whopping 15 minutes in the drive thru, and went in after getting a coffee that came only 3/4 full to find that they hadn't even started my food yet! I left 5 minutes later. I ultimately paid $6.50 and walked out with nothing but a mediocre re-made iced coffee. Overall I am really disappointed in this place. I've never had this kind of experience at another Dunkin. My drink had caramel dripping down the cup bc they put the wrong lid on it. My hash browns were undercooked, still cold. My sausage was nearly frozen. And my croissant wasn’t toasted.
