I have been ordering here for a little over 4 years and love the chicken and shrimp. Recently I had an order where everything was cold or luke warm even the chicken that's normally so hot you can't eat it right away. The fries very, sometimes they are nice and hot and sometimes luke warm or cold. I called this time to let the owner know since all of it was cold and was pretty much accused of lying because it was delivered in a red bag and I'm right down the street so no way it could have been cold. I had not once asked for anything off my bill or a credit, nothing. So to accuse a customer of lying is the worst customer service from an owner. I told him I was not lying and all the food was cold and I called as soon as it was delivered. I was offered $5 off my next bill that I have 30 days to use it. As cheap as this owner obviously is, you can keep your $5 because you clearly need it more than I do. I would have been happy with a sorry, I will look into it and it will never happen again. Not accuse your customer of lying and a cheap $5 off. I don't plan on ordering from here again. Read moreAbsolutely the worst customer treatment I've experienced in a long time. Ordered popcorn shrimp, received jumbo instead which I do not like. The manager first left me on hold for over 10 minutes, then was hung up on. Called back and was put on hold again for similar timeframe only to hear him state in a loud voice to the person speaking with me he was too busy to deal with it and would call back later.
Another 20 min go buy before a call is received and I was told if I wanted the replacement meal it would be over an hour at best because they were too busy. In addition to this,they wouldn't refund my purchase for the wrong meal and instead offered in store credit which is not what I requested. At that time,, they refused to acknowledge that the employee made an error when taking the order. The remedy was to have the owner to call me when he gets back in town 2 days from now.
The one correct meal that I did receive had soggy fries and overly crisp chicken.

I receive 1 drumstick and the rest was white. I don’t like white at all. I ate the leg and the rest in the garbage. I call them to let them know Kim who answer the phone said the manager will look at the camera and if I wasn't lying I would get another chicken dinner. Of course there was no call back. So they think I was lying. We are a weekly customer and now we will be going somewhere else that gets the order right. You need us more than we need you. We will take our business elsewhere.
