before i say anything i want to point out brandon (a younger male who i've seen working around 6:30 pm on 7/24/25 ) for going above and beyond. i was in the drive though and he was delivering my food when there was a bunch of issues (not his fault) and he immediately hurried and corrected them and was very very sweet even though i could tell he was busy. he took no time at all to correct his coworkers mistakes and i didn't even have to go inside- unlike every other time they mess up my order. up until recently culver's has been the go to, but something changed. i'm not sure if sauces now come out of their paychecks or what but even when i pay for multiple sauces i still only get 1 and have to come inside and ask for more when i go through the drive through on my 30 min break. if it's just once or twice- whatever... but its every single time i go! and i go here for my lunch break almost every day i work since it's the closest thing to my job. another thing is the cheese curds are usually good but sometimes they're overcooked and ALL of the cheese comes out and burns and it's just hollow and tastes gross.. i shouldn't have to pay $8 for that. (picture included) if i ask for a lemon cooler with 2 flavors i only get one which sucks since I've done that every summer and i was looking forward to it this year. another thing is you have to beg for napkins and you still probably won't get them and if you plan on coming here for a 30 min break just know you won't have time to eat it because it takes 15+ mins for the food to come. there's like fifty 14 year olds working in there and they just stand around. overall culver's is pretty good, the food is great.. it just depends on whose working if you want your...
Read moreI visit this establishment on a regular basis and today was the worst experience I've ever had. I was there with my three year old son who happens to be a very sociable toddler. He would go from table to table saying "hi" to anyone within arm's reach. Apparently this isn't allowed in this location as an elderly employee kept telling him to go back to his seat and reprimanding him for talking to people. From the moment we walked in she was "correcting" him; even before I finished ordering our food! Unfortunately, I can't glue my child to me; however, I guarantee he wasn't being rambunctious. He wasn't running wild, climbing, or throwing things, but rather was excited by anyone willing to talk to him. My son is very intelligent and I am proud that he talks to people. I expressed to the manager that she shouldn't have attempted to discipline my son, but he just replied that "she is only concerned for the child's safety" and walked away. There was no safety concern, no wet floor, no hazards, no construction zone, etc. I discipline my son, but I'm not going to shut him up when he is being pleasant. Many people thought he was cute and talked to him in return, but apparently somebody got offended by an intelligible child. Culver's is a family favorite and today I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This lady in particular is the only person who I've ever had a negative experience with as she was plain rude to my son and me. It made me feel like avoiding this business in the future. Your competition across the street has a play-place and is far more friendly to families...
Read moreAfter ordering my food through the drive thru, I was told to find a parking spot as they were busy. My time on my receipt was 6:18pm. I ordered a single mushroom and Swiss, a double mushroom and Swiss, a family fry, a medium Oreo concrete mixer and a double scoop of vanilla custard. After watching numerous people come and go, and 35 minutes have gone by, I called the location and questioned where my order was. They said, they didn’t know and asked for my number they stuck on my car. I gave it to them and they read back my order and said, they would take care of it right away. At 6:42 they came out and apologized and said here’s a coupon for a free desert. I asked where my custard was, she said, oh, you didn’t get it? I said no. She went back in and came out about 2 minutes later with the wrong custards. I told her they were incorrect and back in she went. Another 2 minutes and she brought out my stuff. I live 5 minutes away. Once home, my family fry was the size of a large and both burgers were luke warm at best. After sitting there for roughly 45min and finally getting my food after I called to find out where it was, it was small and barely warm. I gave the free coupon back to the girl and I said, keep your free dessert and then to get home and my food was warm at best and barely what I ordered. It’s sad that as a consumer the prices we have to pay, and then get the incompetence of people who can’t even do the job they were hired to do. I...
