I can’t believe I’m giving a chick fil A a 1 star and the 1 star is for the associate at the cash register (I don’t know his name because my receipt on the bag says the register was for “Katerina” but she was the acting as manager at the time I was in. She was stale faced for sure, slow to move and appeared to be bother for sure but maybe she’s not a morning person or maybe she was tired who knows. However, Time and accuracy is not a part of this chick fil a culture at all. I’ve been here a few times and more than likely will not be back in the future which sucks because I love maintaining my signature status each year.
Let talk about timing! This cannot be blamed on a shortage of staff either because each time I decided to visit this location it had well more than enough associates working to move the line in a timely manner. When I decided to go in to the store Only because we were stuck in the drive thru line because we wanted breakfast but again the team is very very slow so we pulled in front of the associate in the drive thru it was 10:31 and of course she said they were taking lunch orders. My response to her was “so you mean to tell me because of your team slowness And after waiting sometime in drive thru Again because of your team slowness I cant order breakfast?” Her response was yes, LOL! So I politely told her thank you I’ll just wait to get through the line because I came for breakfast. So, I’ve been a members of chick fil a for so many years literally over 10 years. Each time this has happened due to the restaurants fault and with the timing literally being 1 minute away the restaurant would still take our breakfast order usually only if it’s chicken minis which it always is because they’re great but never in over 10 years of being a customer has this happened. We’re also new to this area as we relocated from Texas but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chick fil A. I’m starting to think this is a Midwest thing because no one every says “My pleasure” either Lol. The south standards are much more higher and they are more respectful for sure. I’ve been to multiple locations including Menomonee Falls, WI; Glendale, WI; Brookfield, WI & West Allis, WI and Oak Creek needs the most work/training for sure.
The team is a reflection of mgmt. and that speaks volumes. I see why my receipt didn’t have a survey on it but I’m just really hoping mgmt. above Kat can really focus on retraining it’s staff members with the hope the staff will at least appear to be happy to be a work. Love where you work and do what you love is really important!

Read moreLet me first say that I personally am not a fan of CFA, my kiddos love it. We came in tonight and placed an order for carryout. They weren't too busy more steady. We ordered our food and as we were ordering another customer came up to the side of the registers complaining her food was incorrect for the third time. We got our drinks and stood by the carry out sign hanging from the ceiling. We waited a good 10 minutes for our food, our drinks were gone by the time the person came around the other side of the counters and walked out towards the dining area and called my name. You would think they would first come to where you're supposed to be standing but what do I know. They missed an order of 12 nuggets and I went back up to the counter to tell someone about it and was looked at about 7 times but nobody asked if they could help. Finally someone asked me if I was there to pick up an Uber order. I told them that they missed a 12 pc nugget and he goes "oh" and turned away and began making another order, someone else overheard that I was missing something and bagged up the 12 pc and gave it to me. We walked back to our car and realized they neglected to put the sauce in the bag. Receipt and sticker say what sauces we wanted. I wasn't about to go back in to wait for sauce so we drive off. Like 90% of people who order carry out we all went for a fry....they were cold. All three orders were colder than the box they came in. Annoyed even further, we got home and I wanted to do a satisfaction survey only to find there was no link. So I google it and there's a site, but you need a code to do it. There is no code on the receipt. Super lame. You need to train your staff to read orders more carefully to ensure customers...
Read moreIt's been 3 years since my last visit to CFA (different store). The good: staff generally seems pretty happy, the store is cleanish, refills on lemonade. The average: food - taste was... Okay. Not much variation in the menu. The original was nothing to write home about. I opened the bag and looked at the smooshed sandwich and broken, almost bare, breast. (We ate in, and asked for it with "everything it comes with." It was on a tray, not take out.) My wife had the three tenders. I'm not sure there was even 1/3 of a breast in the bag. It was simply "breaded chicken" and nothing special. We made them meals, and with my son's 4 tender meal, it was about $25 for the medium combos. The reason I won't go back: at nearly $8 per meal there are better options. It's not bad, maybe somewhere between the "dollar menu" and another brand's premium. But at a cost higher than the other brand's premium.
To note, there is an app for rewards. You earn 10 points per dollar spent, so I earned 250 points. It's enough for a free cookie. The premium items take 1500 points, so $150 spent to get a "free" salad. Similar programs are generally 5:1, like McDonald's McCafe buy 5, get the 6th free, or Domino's where you earn a free medium pizza for every $60 in points. It is one of the weaker loyalty programs, but at least they do offer one.
I also understand that people are both patronizing and boycotting CFA due to politics. I recognize that may be important to some people, but didn't factor in our decision to stop...
