I ordered an online order through the subways website. I went to go pick up my order and when I got there I went in and they said they hadn't received the order. I showed them my PayPal transaction with their store location. The associate contacted the manager that was not in the store for Instructions on what to do. She advised me absolutely nothing said that they would not make the food because they did not receive their order and they would not refund me because they did not receive the order. Not sure what kind of customer service Subway teaches their managers, and employees. Years ago the way I was trained on management skills, with years in the restaurant business is when a customer is showing you they paid for food online you makes the food. I had a email from paypal showing my order and a receipt with there store number on it. I had my child that just came from a emergency dental situation who wanted Subway for dinner. Neither the associate or the manager offered to look through their system to find out where my order went. A few days after when I had called to try to resolve this still no manger in store. None of the employees could help to resolve where my order went, or offer any help or a refund. I'm now going through PayPal to...
Read more3 of us from my family went in to get food on Friday night. It was 8:20 and we were treated like the scum of the earth for wanting the lady to make our food. My daughter ended up going with her dad about 10 minutes before we were there and she said the same lady acted like she didn't have the time of day to make anything. She was very impatient and kept huffing anytime we would discuss what all we were getting. They had a couple new menu items we were discussing trying. It wasn't an ungodly amount of time or anything. But she acted like we were such an inconvenience coming in and spending 50 bucks. She was sloppy and gross. I stopped coming here and she just reminded me why after a year. I'm highly disappointed. I won't be back. I'll drive to another town for subway...
Read moreWent to the Oak Grove location on Father's Day. They close at 9pm. I arrived at 8:40pm. The door was locked. I knocked and the employee looked at me and walked off. So I knocked again. She came back to the front and flipped me off. By this time there were a family of 5 and another couple that showed up. How is your business going to make money if you won't let in paying customers? And what did I do to get the finger? All i wanted was a sandwich but apparently the lady inside had better things to do. Very unprofessional. You lost a good paying customer. For the girl that was hiding behind the wall when i showed up, if you don't like your job, then quit and let someone else that would REALLY appreciate the job have it....
