I read the previous review before we even went, I mean, if I wasn't meeting family, I would have avoided, too bad I couldn't convince family enough in advance. All paper towel holders on the tables were empty except one table. Yes they had a few napkins, but even then we had to go to a different table for more. The waitress was excellent hostess, however her management doesn't seem to care for her as she was overwhelmed and she was the only person working tables... A bit sad really, it affected how she multi tasked. You could see the frustration on the other patron's faces that have been sitting there before we got there. It would have been better if her management recognized the need to provide assistance and make sure the customers were welcomed and the service was being provided in a timely manner. I personally hate asking for a refill because I don't know what they are going through, so personally I would rather suffer too and just wait, which we had to do here tonight, kuddos to our waitress. She checked on us when she could, but poor management and most likely poor staff scheduling, if that was the case, will prevent me from coming back anytime...

I always put note that it is for both toppings I want pepperoni. 5 out of 6 times it looks like just a regular pepperoni pizza and not a 2 topping. The last 3 or 4 times I point it. Out to them sometimes they look at me like I am trying to get more than what I order. Sometimes no problem. They have to remake so then i have to wait. The next time the gentleman i believe was named Nathan was very understanding. I didn't have time to wait so he gave me credit towards a future order. He showed me what printed out for them to make and it showed only single topping. What? I suggested he call someone to make them aware what people are ordering isn't online is not what is printing out at store. He said he couldn't do anything. I told him I meant someone higher up. He said he would have to call corporate, I said that was probably who he should talk too. First time I questioned the lack of much pepperoni I waited for them to remake. They came back out and said they burnt they and did I wait to wait longer. I said yes. It took 3 times and the pizza was still not what a 2 topping pizza should look like. I...

We ordered two sets of wings and fries and showed up at the pickup time like we were supposed to. Then we ended up waiting 45 minutes past that with no updates or explanation. We stayed patient, but when someone finally came out, she said it was taking so long because it was a “big order”… which made no sense because we only ordered two things.
When my boyfriend politely said that, she just stared at us weirdly, then walked towards the doors, gave a ticket to a coworker, walked out the door and started screaming at the top of her lungs. She came back in and said she “felt better now” like that was normal behavior in front of customers.
We finally got our food an hour late and got a half-hearted “sorry about that.” The whole thing was super awkward and uncomfortable. Honestly, the staff acted like that was a normal behavior from her. I’m still in shock never have experienced...
