Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Oak Grove

Food was old and tough. Fries had been under the heat lamp for such a long time that they were soggy and rubbery. Chicken was really spicy even though we ordered regular. The soda was weird tasting (not sure id too much syrup or too much carbonated water). We didnt get all of our food. When we brought all this up to the lady that was taking orders she said that she couldnt help us until we put on a mask. I put one on and husband left (his beard makes masks completely useless). I asked if she was going to help me now and she replied that since i didnt come in with a mask that she couldnt do much to help me. I told her that was ridiculous, that we had legitimate issue with our order and that it was rude to exclude us due to mask mandates (we are truckers, everywhere is different and excuse me if I dont want to keep track of every single counties mask mandates in every single state...i have enough to keep track of in the first place). Lady behind the counter asked me to leave without fixing any of the issues. I dont have a problem masking up... Worst taco bell ever! Every time we decide to give them another chance we are reminded why we stopped going in the first place. I can honestly say that there has never been one trip to this store without problems, wrong items, missing items, etc. I ALWAYS order everything without tomatoes and I think that they deliberately add extra tomatoes to everything! Tonight, we had a big order everything without tomatoes and of course I think that they gave us all of the tomatoes they had available. Also, we ordered 3 crunchy tacos and we got soft tacos. So, I don't know if it's intentional because we ask for something special "no tomatoes" or if they just have people that can't or won't read the screens correctly. Regardless, this Taco Bell is HORRIBLE and when you try to call and talk to a manager, nobody answers the phone. The one and only time I did talk to a manager was in person, it was an older female that told me "you're expecting too much from fast food" then threw my receipt at me through my truck window and told me to go to hell and to a different Taco Bell..... tonight she get's her wish. Honestly I don’t know what’s going on with our Taco Bell lately. I’ve been living in this town since I was 16 and I can say for most recent years my order is never messed up and they do it right every time but like today my daughter and I went there and they completely forgot to even put the taco in there and there was only one taco ordered and we ordered a cheese quesadilla and there was literally like no cheese in there. I took it back up there and showed the guy at the cash register and he start laughing because it was literally bread on bread. The manager actually started being rude towards him because I was returning it and wanting another one. I received the new one and it has a little more cheese but it’s really pathetic. I honestly cannot believe she gave me another one with hardly any cheese in it . It’s definitely better than the first one because there was no cheese in it.
