Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Oak Harbor

The portal pick up was an amazing feature i loved that my email or the website said your order will be ready at 908pm we showed up to the store at 900pm exactly waiting in the car until 908pm went in and got our pizzas and cheese bread one of the pizza was so doughy and badly under cooked. The other pizza and cheesey bread was so hard old and shriveled up it was ridiculous it was as if the pizza was 3 or 4 hours old so i called in and talked with a David Prescott who was very rude and needs more training in customer service he wanted to know if the pizza had had a bite eaten out of it yet otherwise he couldnt replace it ... we live out of town and i packed up 4 children at 9pm to go get pizza then came home and called to be told they couldnt do anything because of a bite of the pizza being gone no offer of a refund or just to simply replace the pizza at another time furthermore david went on to say that i was the cause of the problem because i left tje pizza in the portal pick up for too long which made it the way it was which was impossible as i described the timeline above.... it was very disappointing as we were hosting a sleep over and our guests were grossed out by the pizza and ultimately we ordered because little caesars is everyones favorite to be completely let down and $22 to be spent on pizza and cheese bread that...

Yeah I just got a full page color ad in the mail for this joint. They jacked up the price of the large pepperoni from 5.00 to 5.99

It's advertised in giant numbers as if it's some kind of big sale. Gimmie a freakin break. A lot of the other stores are still at $5.00 for now. That's a 19.8% increase plus tax. Don't think that's gonna work to well. Peoples hours and pay are always being cut and they wanna charge these prices. Americans are going to need at least a 20% raise just to keep up. A dollar may not seem like that much, but when everything across the board is going up by 20% or more, we as a country will continue to fail. You guys better start taking food stamps, lower your prices, or you'll see a drop in business. We're being gouged nonstop these days. Enough already. I will never patronize your store again. I've eaten there a lot and seen some pretty unhappy customers. Get ready for some more.

The day crew is fairly consistent with good pizza in my opinion. But the night crews in the last few months have sucked, I phone ordered a pizza a month ago at 8:16 asking for a EMB pepperoni and they said they couldn't due to short staff and "closing soon" so the next day I called and the manager said they would take disapanary action against them because they should survive it up too close.10/30/24 I went in at 8:42 and they said they couldn't make a EMB and only could do hot and ready and then walking out of there they they closed the store early at 8:47. If you are trying to get a good last minute pizza this used to be the place but now...
