I do not go to sonicās because I grew up with sonic and itās nothing new to me, but I do DoorDash and when the sonicās first opened, I ignored the orders I got from DoorDash because I knew that they wouldnāt be worth the money for the time it will take to get to orders because of how busy it was⦠This location does not stay busy anymore at all and The last two doorDash orders I received I had to unassign from both of them due to the wait time and I had other orders I had to pick up from another restaurant that wouldāve Gotten cold if I continue to wait at sonics⦠The last time I had an order it took them over five minutes to answer the speaker after just taking someoneās order and again I had to unassign because of the long wait⦠This morning I got an order A little after 9 AM and I show up there are no cars there so I think āoh this is gonna be fastā⦠But instead, the person over the speaker says that they are opening at 9:30. I question this because the sign on the door is 9 AM and I Donāt understand why I am getting a DoorDash order if they are not open⦠The woman then comes outside to tell me thatā Sometimes things happen maāam, and I had no one show up todayā So I say OK I understand. Have a good day., And I unassigned and I got half pay and as Iām walking away, she is still trying to say stuff to me and project her frustration about her work problems onto me ⦠I just said I cannot hear you have a good day⦠It is not surprising to see how low the ratings are for this location and itās honestly absolutely absurd that the service is so bad⦠Iām sure there are people they could hire that would actually care about making money or maybe they need to pay more who knows but all I know is that I lose out on money when I canāt take an offer and I also lose money if I take an offer that takes 30 minutes to get and itās only six dollars of pay ā¦this location needs a complete...

A couple of major issues here. Went to Sonic for the 4th time since they opened. I'm a glutton for punishment, I guess, and held out hope things would get better. All four times, there have been missing items or they've screwed up items (such as putting mayo when asking for no mayo on all items (and the order had confirmation of no mayo, too). Tonight they missed a sandwich ... again. I pressed the button, told them an item is missing. The person on the intercom came out and grabbed the receipt, said he'd be back out right away with the sandwich. He came back out 30 seconds later, no sandwich, and told me I needed to prove I was missing a sandwich. I proceeded to give him my two bags, of which he thoroughly inspected. he confirmed the sandwich was missing and then returned another 30 seconds later with it.
If you're having so many issues with people complaining about missing items that it has turned into you demanding proof from people, that should tell you there is a very serious issue with quality of service and a major lack of attention to detail. I was treated like some...

Every time I've eaten here, our order has been messed up in some way, or taken way longer that it should have to come out. It's clearly terribly organized and managed. I feel that the straw that broke the camel's back is the experience we've had tonight. We waited over an hour for our food, and in that hour, it only got busy within the last twenty minutes of being here. We called three times, it went to voicemail twice, and on the third call, when it was finally answered, it was like they had completely forgot our order. I would explain exactly what we had ordered and they would repeat the wrong items. eventually we got our food and shakes. My shake was freshly made, but my nieces meal was ice cold, like it had been sitting out for the last hour, and her shake was entirely melted. As stated before, it was not busy until the last 20 minutes of us waiting, and as someone who has worked food service this is unacceptable. Clearly there is an issue with management and I hope...
