Stopped in this morning for a quick bite with my wife this morning at 9:30. When we walked in we noticed no breakfast menu was showing and an employee named Effy asked us to wait a sec and ran to the back. Someone else up front was doing busy work and another guy clocking in. Effy was gone for several minutes and my wife and I were just standing around waiting to see a menu and order. Effy finally came back and asked what we wanted. Wife and I said we were not sure as the dinner menu was displayed not the breakfast menu. Effy then calls over the employee who just clocked in to help flip the menu to breakfast. We decide on breakfast. Effy assumes we both wanted soda without asking what we wanted to drink with our breakfast meals . We both were thinking coffee but Effy had already decided our drink for us as being soda. My wife said she would like coffee with hers after noticing softdrinks were put on the computer. Effy then had to call a manager to change the soda to a coffee which took another few minutes to get the manager there. I decided that since it was such a hassle ill just take the soda cup instead of changing Effys mind on what I wanted to drink. We head to the lounge to wait for our food to come and notice trash, old fries, and food on the floor everywhere. Another employee was changing the garbage out by the pop machine which was over flowing from the day before while we wiped down our own table. Our food comes out and my wife inconvenienced Effy by asking for cream and sugar...
Read moreI do not know the name of the young lady working the window this evening, but that was some of the worst and most disrespectful customer service I have ever experienced at this establishment. I personally worked under the district manager now, Donna. She always held very high standards as the store manager in Oak Harbor for her employees and associates dealing with the customers. And I am baffled at how badly it has become. I ordered my food. My total came out to $9.56. It may be Petty but I gave $.60 in change in the cashier just shut the register didn’t think twice and walked away. I politely asked for my change from a different associate named Andrew. He was polite and said, let me get someone who can get that for you he found the young lady I overheard them speaking and her making very harsh, rude comments about me asking for my four cents in change. I have to say if this is how this establishment is ran I feel they may need to think, and look into their management and their associates running the window,...

To be fair WENDY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE, day or night, is far SUPERIOR compared to their neighbor BURGER KING.
The line at night is still ludicrous (AFTER 7PM WHEN THEIR DINE IN HOURS CLOSE). I still believe that they should extend their dine hours, but that's just my opinion. They really try, smile, and get the orders out as best they can regardless of how busy or stressful their lines are.
SOME OF THE CUSTOMERS BE WILD, WHICH ANOTHER REASON WHY THEY DESERVE 4 STARS.
Wendy's employees be funny. They said they had someone waited in line to only order milk and got mad at them because they had to wait in line EVEN THOUGH WALMART, SAFEWAY, AND HAGGENS are right next door.
