yikes is really all i can say. i arrived to people in line and watched them walk to the next window to pick up their ice cream. so i wait in line for about 10 minutes as they were working. (which is totally understandable) until, the worker flips up the small window and gives a face and says “can i help you with something?” Obviously… Just say i’m sorry we are closed. no need for attitude when you were just serving those in front of us when we pulled in 20 minutes past close. no one was behind us. I had to write to let you know how outstanding the service was at your store located on Oak Island, NC. We didn’t realize the store closed at 10pm, and pulled up a few minutes later. The 2 women working were so kind, and instead of turning us away, they graciously agreed to serve us with a smile. It is hard to find good service at most places during business hours. Extremely rude and neglectful staff person working the lunch shift on April 18, 2024. Order completely messed up. Slammed the window so hard in my face when I was frustrated for good reason and just trying my best not to cry over being treated disrespectfully (on top of trying not to cry over a death in my family).
