Today I accidentally order an on line order for pick. I didn't discover that until I got the email confirmation my order was ready for pick up. Once I realized I did that I called the store right away to see if I could switch the order to delivery. The girl on the phone said I had order it for delivery. So over an hour later I called the store to see where my order was. The girl who I spoke to earlier said you asked if it was for puck up & when I told her no I was asking if I could change it from pick up to delivery then you told me it was set up for delivery. That same girl then thought it was ok to argue with me over if I was right or she was right. At no time was an apology given for any misunderstanding. I then asked to speak to the Mgr. who upon explaining to her what happened proceeded to defend her employee without any apology to me for any misunderstanding. When I asked her if it made any sense that I'd leave a pick up order sit for over an hour after I called for delivery her response to me was well she ( the girl I spoke to earlier) thought I was confirming the order was for pick up. After that I now understand why the girl answered me the way she did. I'll ask you does it make any sense that I'd call to ask to have my order changed from pick up to delivery & then let the order sit for over an hour because the girl claims I confirmed it was for pick up. Not a good way to do business. Her closing comment to me was have a blessed day & took no accountability...
Read moreI live right by here, but regardless of whether or not I order carry out or delivery, there's always some delay. Carry out - I'm told it'll be 12 minutes, I go in after 15, and my name isn't even on the electronic order board. I'm told they are boxing it up, it'll be just a minute...waited about 10, standing around uncomfortably with about 8 other ppl also waiting for their orders. It's too loud and crowded in there.
Another occasion, had to order delivery because they close at 8:30pm so we literally stood outside waiting for them to bring us our pizza...should have taken less than 5 minutes after it said out for delivery, but the driver decided to deliver ALL the other pizzas first, so by the time we got ours, it was cold and so were we. Silly us. Silly driver too, because he lost out on a great tip. Next time we'll just put the delivery address as the store, then maybe the driver can just hand us our pizza instead of driving it around...
Read moreMy son ordered a pizza from this location last night and one of the employees kept his card number and went and charged Shane Justin and Pretty Little Things to his account which is actually my account he just has his own card. I called the manager who’s name was Dylan to speak with him about this and he told me It was no way possible that could happen. My son nor I did not even know what Pretty little things or Shane Justin was until I woke up and looked at my account. The pizza was ordered last night around 9pm immediately after there were charges from Shane Justin and Pretty Little things. I will be filing a police report as well as reaching out to the news about this. The manager Dylan was no help at all he basically said my son or I made the charges but if you look at my statements you will never see Shane Justin or Pretty little things on there. Be careful if you decide to use this location, DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD INFORMATION...
