Never go to this one. I ended up pulling off, even after I paid. Waited in line for 30 minutes for a coffee (ended up not even getting it). While I was sitting in line irritated by how slow they were, I watched the girl at the drive through window just standing there looking around (mind you, there's cars wrapped around the building). After a few minutes, she grabs some napkins, I'm thinking : "great, she's getting ready to send an order out", NO, she starts blowing her nose, then twists another napkin up, and starts digging in her nose with it, it must've been a lot of snot, because she takes ANOTHER napkin, and starts blowing, and wiping again. Then tossed it, and went back to standing there. No hand sanitizer, nothing, that did it for me, even though I just wanted a coffee, I didn't want her touching it, stuck at window 1, I blew my horn, and asked the cashier if I could get my money back, because the wait is ridiculously long, he gave me a blank look, and said that he had to get the manager to open the drawer (internally, I'm like "so I have to wait even longer, aaaaaarrrrrgh, why did I even come here!!!!!!), I just told him, don't worry about it, and pulled off. I've heard other people complain that this place is known for being dirty, I don't know the validity of these claims, because I went through the drive-thru, but based off what I saw, there's obviously no concern for cleanliness via the staff....the city of Southfield should really inspect this place, and whoever owns this franchise should consider either new staff, or train up the people there. Money is being lost, as I wasn't the only person to drive off, several cars left behind me, before I left. My experience here, was pathetic, frustrating, and I wasted my money, I most certainly will elevate my complaint...
Read moreI keep forgetting how bad this location is. I ordered a large Carmel frappe with no whipped cream at the speaker and it was thru my app so it was free and the app told me it worked. I also ordered a #7 meal. I asked the guy if it was extra for OJ. He said I don't think so and added it to the order which I could see on the screen. I could see the price change but he finished the order and told me to pull around. When I got to the window I told him I didn't want the OJ since it cost extra. He apologized and said he was new and he didn't know. That was fine. He had to go get a manager who could fix this. When the manager left the guy asked what drink I would like I told him I don't drink pop what juice do you have he said just OJ. I said just make it Sprite or whatever. I paid and moved to the next window. I asked the lady there if there was anything non-carbonated she said HI-C. Yes thank you. She gave me the HI-C and my food and said have a good day. Where is my frappe? She didn't get the order somehow. She got an attitude and we had a back and forth and while I was trying to show her the order on my phone she walked away to make it. I could see her making it wrong and tried to get her attention but couldn't and she made a medium with whipped cream. And tried to tell me that's what I said. So after the second back and forth she went and made my correct drink. But alot of this problem wouldn't have even happened if you didn't have a new guy at the front line. Taking orders and collecting payments by himself. At least have someone right there to help him. Just horrible management and...
