KFC — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

I work nights so at time a I make it there by 1030 atleast twice a week I was going there but every nite was some kind of excuse either they out of chicken or out of mash potatoes if you close at 11 close at 11 not 1030 if you close at midnight close at midnight not 1030 I order mash potatoes bowl and a 2 piece dinner with mash potatoes the bowl was half filled with potatoes and the 2 piece dinner had 2 wings and half of the usual amount of mash potatoes u normally get so if I got half of everything I should've got 50 percent off that was last Thursday and it was the last time I went and will never go back I don't like the feeling of being rip off you'll just lost a valued customer of 40 plus years. I ordered 16 pieces of extra crispy 2 mashed potatoes 2 coleslaws 1 large fry and a pot pie and a soda spending over $60 with this company I got 16 pieces of original chicken 2 coleslaws, 1 potato, no pot pie, no soda, a small French fry, and absolutely no biscuits. It's a shame this one was just built and already making messed up orders called and the employee wanted to argue and be rude. I even reached out to the corporate office and still have never heard anything back from them. It is quite obvious that KFC does not care about customer care, quality control, or handling customer complaints. Will not be back even though this is a new one...

I ordered today for the first time, April 7, 2025. 25 minutes later I arrived at the restaurant for pickup up. The drive thru cashier can't find my order, she instructed me to park and come inside the restaurant. After show her my order from my cellphone app she finally found my order. The reason I ordered for pickup was because I don't wanted to get inside the restaurant. Next time I will go next door to Popeye's where I'm sure they will help me on the drive thru.
