Starbucks — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

This review is for the team member Starbucks in back of house. I went in both on July 16th and July 17 2025. Both days my drink was not made and I had to wait 20-30 minutes (which is my entire break for one drink) in which my drink was also never made. I watched the line go through two times over and everyone else got their drink. I asked on both days where mine is and both times I got a reply of “We’re working on it right now”. Both times I got a refund. My drink was simply a medium vanilla bean frappe. I will not be going back to the team member Starbucks and I do not recommend anyone else...

This Starbucks is very poorly set up. I acknowledge and accept it sits in the middle of a new theme park, but it's very badly run. No Q or line set up for collection, cant hear the staff calling names, no menu visible outside when lining up to order. Took me 40 mins to get 2 flat whites. My sons had the star dust twin coaster complete in 35 mins. Avoid this poop show...

Really disappointed. I’m at the Starbucks inside Epic Universe and was told I couldn’t use my Starbucks app because my card starts with 63. They said it only doesn’t work at this location, which makes no sense. I have a lot of money loaded in the app, and now I have to use my own card instead. Super frustrating and not what I’d expect...
