Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

Was definitely not impressed with this particular Zaxby's store. Visited this store just before the Friday afternoon lunch rush. The visible area of both; dining room and behind the counter was exceptionally dirty. The tray in which my plate was served, as well as the other trays that were being used, were NOT clean and were being repeatedly reused without being wiped off. The dining area floor was greasy and very slick, with an exceptional amount of old food, napkins, et cetera, scattered and left lay. The drink station was a sticky mess, comprised of old drink syrup/mix that had not been wiped off in a significant amount of time. The drinks were exceptionally watered down. Condiments were available in packets but there were very few packets available, with seemingly very little intent to restock any time in the near future. The hostess/register operator (Hannah) did seem to have a pretty good attitude and smiled when greeting near every customer. Unfortunately, this location seemed to be sub-par to the typical Zaxby's stores; however I will return 1-2 additional times to give an opportunity to provide a positive experience and to create an average. I ordered two quesadillas and it took 10 minutes to make them with an empty restaurant. Empty other than some random person walking in off the street and walking behind the counter to grab a to-go box and make themselves a meal and leave. Not really sure what was going on there. None of the employees seemed like they cared because they watched her do it. Then once I got home I found a blue hair in one of my quesadillas. The employee behind the counter that was cooking at the time just happened to have blue hair as well. When I went back and spoke with the manager about the issue he grinned when I told him there was a hair in my food and just told me he'd make another one. So unless you like hair in your food and god only knows what else if they can't even get a hair net right. None of the employees who were all females at this time had a hair net on. I fully plan on contacting corporate and the manager of this location to inform them of the issue. Not that I really expect...

Was served cold food! I placed a pick-up order and noticed the confirmation had the wrong time on it. So I immediately called 3 times trying to let them know before a rude girl answered the phone and I was able to let them know. She said she would let them know and just hung up. I get there 5 minutes earlier than I told them I would be there and expected to have to wait for it. They couldn't find my order until whom I presume was the manager points towards the end of the counter and say they are late. The girl handed me cold boxes and bags of food! Feeling like they are making it my fault I just left with it extremely unhappy. No order, even a late order should be served to anyone in that condition! It was obvious that my calls were not, and they don't care about how they serve people. That food sat on the counter for at least 15 minutes before I arrived and wasn't under any type of warmer...
