I LOVE WALGREENS! Especially when thereās nice people working there like manager Carrie, and super star āTeam Playerā my man Correyelle!! Thanks for going out in the snow brother to get the cart out of the middle of the parking lot!! I knew youād do it! Heck, Iād do it myself if I didnāt have a neck brace on and broken neck too. I first asked that angry old man up front if heād do it as he already had his stocking cap and coat on. First he ignored me and was sitting down, so I went over to him and asked again and he scrowled at me ā if it bothers you so bad, you go and do it!ā I talked to Carrie about it and she informed me that he had been there 40+ years. I told her Iāve been coming here for a very long time too, but Iāve never been treated so rudely ever! I think she said his name was Jacob? Whatever his name is, Iām curious to know what I saw him put in his wallet at 4:47 PM, January 9,2024, while standing at the cash register and thought no one was watching. Sure the prices arenāt always the most competitive at Walgreens, but it sure is convenient and I will continue stopping as I usually do. I was trying to refill a prescription for a client but did not have the prescription number so I had to speak with the pharmacy.
They had me on hold, hung up on me, I called back, and they leave me on hold for forever. They finally answer the phone very weirdly saying "Is this Walgreen's?" I'm say "um..." and try to start speaking and the rep says, "Oh wait we have, like, three lines.", and puts me back on hold.
I stay on hold for an extended period of time again and when she finally comes back she asks how she can help, I tell her, she asks for the name and DOB, then proceeds to re-ask how she can help me.
As I'm re-explaining, like right in the middle of me speaking, she tries to interrupt and say "but ok, how can I help?" I finish my sentence and she goes "oh ok" and puts me BACK ON HOLD!

The clerk was one part clueless and one part snippy when I'm just trying to buy something from them. Meanwhile I'm feeling bad that I'm holding up the line over something that should be minor. The manager on duty didn't really care. Not a single smile in the whole place even before all of this. I recommend you only come here if you're really desperate. Poor customer service and items not in their correct places... or even priced at...
