Worst experience I had with this location and from the reviews I have seen its no wonder people are rating it the worse. So I had an interview on last Tuesday with the manager Samantha Lockhart. I walk in and it seem a little busy but I was told by one of the employees to take a seat and she will tell Samantha I had arrived. When Samantha approached me she didn't bother to extend her hand for a hand shake nor did she sat down to interview me she just looked at me and told me directly that what hours I was looking for I told her that I applied online with the automated chat person and I selected 10pm- 2am and only the weekends and she said well we are looking for 4pm-1am. She asked me why those hours and asked me if I was working during the day I said no i have kids. And I was going to say thank you but those hours wouldn't work for me, but then she said well have you worked at this type of work before? I said no but willing to try. Then she said are you working I said no I am a stay at home mom trying to find work after 5 years then she said are you willing to wash dishes and clean. I said yes and then gave me a paper to go and apply through this other website. Then after I finished it showed I was hired automatically. Then she took me to the back to finish the application but she was so distracted with everything going on that when she asked me for my ID she already had it in her hand that she didn't noticed. At the end she told me to start on Saturday night at 10pm and I needed to get non slip shoes I said ok. Well I bought the shoes and went to work. Well I got there everything was off no one was at the restaurant I called the number on her business card and no answer. I checked online and it said it closes at 4pm on Saturdays. So why the hell she told me to go on Saturday at 10pm when she knows they close early?? I was so upset and fumming. I wasted my time and gas. I called to tell her WTH and why she didn't even call me to let me know she made a mistake. Mind you that I went on Tuesday and it's 4 days til Saturday that she could have make the attempt to call and let me know but she didn't. Well the only thing she told me she forgot to call me and she said it in a very nonchalant manner. She was apologetic with a humor tone that is very unprofessional and when i told her I was not going to go anymore she just said ok thank you. This Wendy’s is the worst in quality of food and hospitality. The customer service is non existent there. I had got served raw chicken and I have photos to prove it. How those a place like that serve raw meat you would think they have timers for the cookers. After I took a few bites I realized something was off. The chicken was raw. I pray I don’t get sick from that or anything bad happens. I went back to the Wendy’s and spoke to the manager. But as soon as I got back there and it was 8:45pm the lobby doors were closed. There was a young employee emptying the trash cans and he could see me as I was knocking on the door. Wondering why the doors were locked so soon. I continue to knock on the doors and he’s ignoring me. After a while he’s like signaling me to go to drive through and I was like no! After he comes and finally lets me in and he’s like yes??? I told him I’m back here cause I was served raw chicken: he looked at me dumbfounded. I asked why the doors were closed he said idk. I said what you mean you don’t know. And then he tells me it’s cause lobby is closed. Mind you it’s 8:45 pm. I asked what time the lobby closes to the employee and again he looks at me dumbfounded and says I don’t know with earbuds in. Then the manager comes around to me cause I had called beforehand to complain about revolting matter or being served raw chicken. I asked the manager what time the lobby closes and he says 10pm. I’m like okay it’s 8:45 why are the doors closed now. He says cause a person called off. Mind you there’s about 7 employees on staff in the kitchen doing absolutely nothing . Some were on there phones. The lot was completely empty . Not busy whatsoever. Manager asks me if I want my order remade. And I said no!! In no way will I ever trust them or that place again after serving a person raw chicken. You can seriously make a person ill like that and give them food poisoning. Read moreI always stop at this Wendy’s before work to grab breakfast. I order the same menu item every time. July 8, 2024 I went through the drive thru and ordered the menu item I always order. I get to work and reach into my bag 30 minutes after getting started to discover my order wasn’t correct. I ordered a number 1 combo but received a chicken and biscuit combo. I do not like Wendy’s biscuits so I never order anything that comes with the biscuits. The young man who took my order was a little rude over the intercoms when I was ordering my food so I’m not surprised if he may have listed the wrong item in the system. No one there ever offers a receipt when going through the drive through. I was disappointed to receive an item I did not order, an item I do not like, an item that I couldn’t eat because I don’t like the biscuit. This isn’t my first issue at this location but I attend it due to it being close to my job. I pass up many food places on my way to work and choose this one location. I hope they start to give receipts when driving through the drive thru without having to be asked for the receipt. I hope they start to pay attention to what they are serving people.
