She was exactly as described by the other reviewer who said she was his personal shopper while still managing the store and paying attention to other customers. Somehow she made me feel like all her attention was on me, never rushing me or trying to convince me that I should settle for something else. She adapted her search to each of my particular requests. She took me around the whole store, looked in the back room, searched their inventory, and searched online and at other locations until she found the sweatshirt I could be happy with, and I had a lot of criteria for her to meet. She even found my size in another store because she didn't have it in stock as it's closing out for the season

If I can give no stars I would. I waited in line in the heat today with my two daughters 8 and 14 for 30 mins. I understand with everything going on and social distancing there are lines, fine. We get into the store and since you can’t try clothes on you have to bring your kids and match the clothes To them. I found clothes and was in line and an employee said “since they are not paying for anything they have to wait outside since it’s hot and people are waiting“. I was the only person he told this too and the only one with young kids. There was adults where only one of them was paying , another woman in line with a teenager not paying but I was the I lay one whom was told to have my kids wait outside. Poor customer service!
