Starbucks — Restaurant in Oakhurst

Unfortunately there's a lot of people unfairly giving this store 1 star. They do not speak for everyone in mariposa. They are biased and angry, which is understandable. Big companies scare some people, but they seem to forget. There's more than enough coffee drinkers to go around. There are a lot of hard-working people who bring you the best they have to offer. Similarly, this starbucks is great, and so are the other coffee shops around. i encourage you once you've gotten your starbucks to explore other coffee, lol. This one happens to be good because it's open later than the others, which is good. Big companies play part in a healthy economy, and I hope starbucks can help nurture a good one in Mariposa as well. This town can't stay the same forever sometimes change is good. I love coffee, and I'll continue to buy coffee from everyone. I'm not partial. Don't let this ugly attitude scare you away. If you don't like starbucks, that's fine. You just dont have to berate others. it's just one less...

They do not keep the bathroom stocked with SOAP. NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM!?

WHAT ARE CUSTOMERS SUPPOSED TO DO!? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. YOU ARE CREATING HAZARDOUS SITUATION FOR CUSTOMERS AND SPREADING DISEASE!

APRIL 27 2025 145PM. Not saying the soap was "run out" - there isnt even a bottle attached to the bottom of the soap dispenser. Totally ridiculous!

I left without buying anything because I needed to retreat to my vehicle to sanitize my hands.

If I come back in the future I will now always bring my own soap. Ridiculous

Absolutely love this Starbucks - you get the same food and drink at any Starbucks you go to but you rarely experience this level of customer service! Pria and Riley in particular are the best, above and beyond every shift! but every employee i’ve interacted with has had great service. Rarely there is a mistake and they’ve always been so quick to correct or remake it and that’s what matters the most.
