7 Stars Donut — Restaurant in Oakland

3/8/19 Big customer service issue, she's basically the only Hispanic woman that works here, the rest are Filipino and are super nice because that's just the way they are, this Hispanic woman got a attitude problem because I requested a bag to put my items inside, I asked her if she was going to put my items inside the bag she said no, I replied and said ok just give me my change and I'll be on my way as I started walking away she shouted out and said why was I so rude if you don't like it here don't comeback, I turned around and asked her for corporate number or the manager number, she said she could not give me her managers number I said I would find out somehow to get the managers number and I walked away. How can This employee just start barfing out to the customers that there rude!!!!!!! I've never had a problem with this store I come in buy my ham and cheese and walk out. This employee just looked stressed unhappy. There all ways running late they turn the lights on at 5:03 am there supposed to open at 5:00am you want to put me on the spot in front of customers I'll return the favor...

I had to call this establishment to make sure the name is correct? This place use to be called Donut Star. Now it is called "7 Stars Donuts Chinese Fast Food. " When I need some Chinese Fast Food and need it in a hurry I come here! Hence , Chinese Fast Food! Items I like and order most of the time are the BBQ pork, Chicken Tariyaki with sauce and Fried Dried Rib. The service is good and they have some characters their, one is one of the cooks, he gets mad sometimes and starts cussing in the back but it is all good and sometimes funny! LOL We all got to let it out sometimes . All and all he is a nice guy! Of course they have donuts and lots of them. Get the combo A and double up on one of your favorite items and that is a good meal. I like the place because it is down to earth nothing fancy, just fast food and donuts. Today Friday came to this place and the employee Hispanic lady was so rude . She has a very bad attitude with customer service. She even started an argument I told her that’s enough and she keeps arguing over and over .
