I’m honestly afraid to even eat the fish the way that it looks! My rice is overcooked 😡 The macaroni salad is HOT!!! I paid almost $25 for this food & waited for over 25 minutes for THIS! It was my 1st time & LAST at this location! I will travel like I’ve been from now on to the San Leandro location! I eat there nearly everyday and I’ve NEVER had a bad experience!

The restaurant is very clean and I love the screen menu . The staff is friendly but a bit unprofessional. I didn't really appreciate them talking about personal things while one of them was taking my order and also afterwards when I asked if they had sauces . It's okay to talk amongst each other but as a foodie and years of experience with customer service that is not pleasant . Other than that food was great ! Just train your staff better on...

The food was pretty decent. I ordered the Katsu chicken which when I got it, it was luke warm and additionally some parts of the chicken were dried out. My wife ordered the seafood platter which was okay. The shrimp were the highlight of that plate but the fish was oily and mushy.

The only other issue was the music playing in the store was too loud especially in the restrooms. It was beyond loud in the restrooms that it was uncomfortable to...
