Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Oakland

This restaurant had the nastiest food I ever tasted a Popeye's in my life. While we were in the lobby are disgusting food what are the people in the restaurant cut his hand on the corner of the counter and was walking all over the kitchen preparing food trying to get his thumb to stop bleeding as we left I told the manager that was sitting on the lobby on the corner with her feet up on the table talking on the phone there's somebody in the kitchen with serving food with a bloody finger. Picking up pre-ordered app delivery from this Popeye's location, I wasn't allowed to go straight into the counter and lobby area but was forced to get this presumably ready-to-go order from the drive-through. After waiting 10-15 minutes and making it to the microphone, I informed the clerk I was picking up this to-go order, at which point I was informed that they were out of stock of that item, and instead of cancelling as they should have, they waited for me to drive all the way there, waste my time in line as though I was ordering something, and then had the audacity of asking me to call the customer to inquire if he/she would like something else (this item had been paid for). I called the customer, who predictably didn't answer, and then manually cancelled the order. To top it all off, I was trapped in the drive-through for another 10-15 minutes with another delivery getting cold in my passenger's seat. Bad form...

I walked in on a Thursday around 6:30p.m and ordered 2 spicey Chicken Sandwiches and 1 regular Chicken Sandwich and a Tender Happy Meal with Barbecue Sauce. I don't live very close so when i got home i opened the bag and there was 2 Chicken Sandwiches and they weren't Spicey and a Happy meal with no sauce. I was missing a chicken Sandwich so my son comes over to pick up his daughter and i tell him to check my car maybe one Sandwich fell out the bag. No Sandwich so now i am mad i call the store and no answer. I don't want to cook tonight the food was for my husband when he gets home. So i get everything back in the bag make sure i have my receipt and Lord behold i can't find my keys. My son stays in Vallejo called me and tells me he has my keys by mistake and he's too far to turn around. I will never leave a food place without checking my order.
