I come here numerous times. The old location with the Bicycle coffee outside the building. Today their new location right across the street. The new location is nice and bright totally different than their old location. I waited in line and saw something moving in the pastry container, it is a fly flying around inside the container. There was another customer before me ordered something from that container and the fly was freed. But then I noticed there was a second one just sitting on top of one of the pastry that was on the bottom tray. When it was my turn I was greeted and ordered my coffee and my almond croissant. The almond croissant is in a different container but who knows if there was something that was flying inside. I asked for the croissant to be heated hoping that it will at lease kill what every that was in there. I waited and waited maybe another 10 minute wait she finally asked if I was missing something and I reminded her that I am missing my croissant. It was not heated like what I had asked. I don't want to turn anyone away I just want to make this coffee shop better. I love bicycle and coffee, both of these is incorporated...

My go-to coffee shop in the Jack London area. Great espresso drinks, cold brew, and pastries. Big fan of the vanilla oat milk latte and the ham & gruyere croissant. The new location is nice and modern, with plenty of seating. I love the menu board with visualizations of each drink option.

Recently had a great customer service experience as well. I'd bought a pound of ground espresso to use at home. When I got home, I found that it had been ground on the wrong setting. I returned to see if I could get it re-ground; not only did they give me a new pound (correctly ground) for free, but they also let me keep the old pound and gave me a free cold brew for my troubles. Shout out Jackie for the great...

12/2021 UPDATE 🚴🏽‍♀️ Still my go to coffee shop. I don’t need points or rewards to compromise where I go for coffee. I come so frequent I could work here. I’ve purchased multiple times, from coffee, beans, and merchandise. Even come on the weekends when I can. The owners, staff, customers all know quality.

For a month at my new job I always thought this was a bicycle shop until I walked over and saw it was a coffee shop that delivers via bicycle! How rad is that?

The perks: EVERYTHING

Service = A1 User friendly menu = words with pictures, fool proof Milk options = no added cost! Coffee = delicious

In short: This is not a dog friendly space My dog barked and got nervous at another dog, they had me waiting inside for a longtime, and they asked me to wait outside but since my drink was as being delayed, I asked for a refund and they declined, rushing my drink and making the wrong one and also just being kicked out. I guess I missed the no dogs allowed sign bc I also wasn’t gonna let her tied outside. I love me a dirty chai with oat milk but not the customer service approach :( Apologies to whoever my dog offended with her barking - Laila is sorry too

Nice and simple, no-frills experience. I like how on Fridays they have free prepared coffee for people, and when I purchased my decaf Mexican coffee, they offered a free drink on the house. It’s a really nice touch, thank you! The barista also told me a little of the history of the company. That was a nice touch which made me feel like a welcomed visitor. Almost no need to mention but it’s also nice to see a bike rack right out front. Little area in the back where you can hang out and relax if you want to be out of the hot sun.
