The true test of a company, business or service is when a mistake is made. These mistakes can be the greatest opportunities to create a customer for life. I have allergies, and they suck! No onions, No garlic, and No gluten. Yes I know...it's not fun, but I have to manage. I reached out to LoCal Foodz Cali to chat with Sunny when I was first researching different meal prep services. We had a great call and talk on the phone and you could tell he really cared on the phone call. I decided to order my first order with them and placed my allergy specifications at the bottom Delivery note as there wasn't another area to insert a custom note and the allergy button did not have Garlic & Onion as a choice (who would wish such an allergy on someone?!). I received my first delivery, and wow did it smell good!! But that was the issue, if it smells good, in my experience, it probably has onions or garlic haha. So I reached out and left Sunny a voicemail, and of course I was upset & frustrated. The promise he made on the first call that they could handle this type of request and I thought I had followed the instructions properly. I left that voicemail & sent him off an email right after smelling the garlic and onions around 9 pm...he called me immediately 15 minutes later. He was greatly apologetic and told me he would make it right first thing in the morning. They owned up to the mistake, let me keep the food, which I gave to my gf, and brought my new food the next day at no cost. Since then I have made a few orders and each one has been perfect! The measurement aspect is also amazing as I can only eat smaller portions of food per meal which is another story for another time. Sunny is extremely nice and the food is perfect. Thanks...

After using every “ big company”meal delivery service under the sun and not being fully satisfied I was beyond pleased when I received my 1st order from Loval Foodz Cali. Their website and ordering system is perfection, you can do meal plans or you can order “a la carte” and specify EXACTLY which protein, carb and veg to the ounce to fit individual fitness goals. It goes down to listing your macros as you pick your portions, you increase or reduce your portion and the macros calculation changes with it! Ridiculously detailed which I absolutely love. Whoever designed the website is a genius. They also deliver to your address or you can pick up at local partner businesses and you decide where when you check out, you get text notifications as your package travels and when it arrives at the destination. The packaging it came in was a very nice soft cooler with icepacks, meals were individually packed in secure leak proof containers- just by looking at it you could tell this was made fresh. Every container comes with its own Nutrition label. I ordered the paprika chicken teriyaki chicken, shrimp, yams, brown rice, zucchini and egg whites frittatas and other items- everything cooked to perfection. I was also able to reach them with some food questions and their costumer service was outstanding. I cannot recommend this...
