Extremely disappointing experience at Whataburger.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one really needed to be said. I visited this location late in the dead of night, hoping for a quick, fresh meal after a long night. I was the only customer in the drive-thru, and I could clearly see at least 3 workers inside not particularly busy, not short-staffed, and certainly no line of cars. Naturally, I assumed the wait would be minimal. I was wrong.
I waited in the drive-thru line for over 15 minutes just to receive my food. No explanation for the delay, no “thank you for your patience,” nothing. Just silence. When I finally received my order, I was shocked to find that the fries were cold, stale, and tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours. And the food couldn’t be more squished if they wanted to. If you’re going to make someone wait that long especially when they’re the only customer you’d expect the food to be at least hot and fresh.
The fact that it took that long with zero traffic and multiple employees visible in the kitchen just screams disorganization or a complete lack of care. This isn’t a one-time fluke either I’ve heard from others that late-night service at this location has been consistently poor, but this really confirmed it for me.
If your team can’t handle one customer promptly and can’t even provide basic food quality like warm fries, then something needs to be reevaluated at the management level. Late-night service or not, it’s still your job to do it right.
This experience really soured my opinion of Whataburger. And I sincerely hope others don’t have to waste their time and money...

Then she came and she told me No we cook the burger away from the bacon , To be honest, I don’t know who I should believe. Then I waited another 10 minutes to do a refund eventually she give me a cash. The whole scenario took like 35 minutes. They just wasted my time. I used to eat there minimum twice a week and every time I told them I’m allergic to bacon and they told me OK we’re gonna make it away from the bacon but this time I think the lady she Told me the truth. Read moreI've been to multiple Whataburger's and had a great experience but this one seems regularly incompetent. One time I got the salad and it only had two of the 5 ingredients that it's supposed to have on it. It was quite literally an apple cranberry and chicken salad and they forgot the chicken and the cranberries ECT. Went there again and they skipped me twice in a row in the drive through, almost like they just forgot to check the second lane of the drive through altogether. When I finally got to the window, the guy handed me my food and said have a nice day but there was no silverware, no napkins, and no dressing/sauces, AND he entirely forgot that I had ordered a large drink. I figured maybe I would just gently remind the guy to him cut some slack. I'm writing this review now because the wings that I ordered and just now opened to eat a day later turned out being an entirely different flavor than I ordered and at this rate I feel the need to...
