If I could leave 0 stars I would. My kids and I eat chipotle at least twice a week. I live in silver springs but majority of the time we go to the one off of 200. I didn’t feel like driving way in town so I settled tonight for the one on 40. Before walking in there is a sign on the door that says “NO Fajita” mix as always. I still go in to order. The first thing I always ask for is vinagerette but of course there’s no more out. I ask the young man making my burrito do they have anymore and he says let me check in the back. He didn’t see any more and ask the manager if the had anymore and she says “I have already made 3 batch’s and I’m not making anymore.” I was floored. I just happen to look back at the grill and I see fajita mix cooking so I figure they just forgot to take the sign off the door. So when it’s time for me to put fajita mix on, I tell the guy that I would wait till the fajita mix to be done. He turns and asks his manager how long in the fajita mix and she says “it’s fajita mix on the grill?” He shakes his head yes and she asks “did the customer see?” (At this point I’m annoyed because yes I see it) Then she says “she can’t have that it’s for tomorrow. This store needs serious training on customer service and who ever does the ordering needs to order more food because every night they are out of...
Read moreIf I could leave zero stars I would. This location has given me issues for the second time and there will not be a third. The first issue was when I ordered a large to go order delivery and they forgot half of the food. And then the manager did nothing to make it right when I had to pull up on them and pick it up myself. Then the second time was today when I went in, attempted to get a Honey chipotle Chicken bowl. The first thing that came out of their mouth was that they don’t have any of that. Even though it was only 12:40 in the afternoon…. I proceeded to ask them about using two of my rewards which they were confused about. I ended up trying to get the beef Barcoa for the first time. Walk outside to my car and feel something dripping down my leg, it was the food leaking out of the bag…. I immediately turned around and brought the bag back to the restaurant. Where this clearly unexperienced Manager proceeded to tell me that I could not get a different bowl with a different protein that would not drip. She wanted to charge me for another bowl if I did that and her only solution was to put it in a new container….. this location is full of a bunch of unproperly trained children, and I will not be returning. If you love chipotle do not go here because you will instantly regret it...
Read moreI love Chipotle! However, when i went to the new Ocala location, it was a mess. It was 5pm on a Tuesday and the servers were totally unorganized. They kept reaching around each other to get to food items. The counter servers had to take food from the online order area and vice versa. As I was standing in line for 10 minutes I could see that the brown rice was out and the chicken was out but no one was telling the kitchen staff what they neeeded. I asked for a manager to let him know that someone needed to step up and take control and he said 'yes, the food pans needed to be filled and told me that it was their second day and walked away. I felt sorry for the servers because they didn't seem to know what to do, as if they had had no training. I had to wait for chicken and brown rice to be ready but in the meantime I learned that they were out of steak and fajita vegetables. After filling my bowl with brown rice and chicken i then found out they were also out of queso and i left to visit the original location which was awesome. This isn't some mom-and-pop restaurant where nobody has any idea what to do, Chipotle is a large food chain and should have had some experienced people helping and teaching the new staff. And, this was not Saturday at 8pm, it was...
