Firehouse Subs Silver Springs — Restaurant in Ocala

I normally order a large hook and ladder sub and split it with my wife. This time she wanted meatballs with no bread so i was free to pick any sub i wanted. I chose the steak and cheese because it looked awesome on the menu. Boy was i disappointed when i opened the sub.

They clearly must have had at least two fingers on the scale when measuring how much meat to add to a sub because what i got was barely enough for a mini! What a disappointment, and here it is not even 30 minutes later and in still hungry.

We used to always enjoys our subs at this location but the quality has seriously faded during this pandemic. I know times are challenging but that's no excuse for letting this sort excuse for a sub leave your establishment.

I doubt I'll be back for awhile. There's always good old faithful publix deli subs who don't skimp on the meat or...

Came here today while on break for a sub. The store wasn't busy and I was the only customer in line. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes without any of the 5 employees saying a single word to me. There was no "welcome", no response to my question of "how are you all doing today?", there was zero effort to even try to take my order & there was no sense of customer service whatsoever. This is the worst sub shop I've ever been to and I will inform my crew and others of the sub-par service and rudeness of the employees working here. Today, I headed to Firehouse Subs on Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala, excited by a special offer: a free medium sub with the purchase of one, all because my name starts with K. The bustling activity at Firehouse Subs kept me patiently waiting for 30 minutes to receive my order. Despite the wait, the delicious taste of the meal made it well worth it. I must commend Heather, the lady who took my order, and the whole team for their hard work and exceptional service.
