Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ocala

I don't know what happened. I picked up my order, drove away and realized they didn't give me the 2 liter soda. When I went back to ask for it, I ended up having to leave children in the car, then stood around while everyone ignored me. Children still alone in the car. Finally same guy who ran my pizza to the car asked if he could help me. I said I didn't get my soda. He wanted me to pull out my phone, find the order and show him what I didn't get. WTH? I don't want to be that close to you to find it. I'm annoyed that I had to come back let alone leave kids in the car to prevent exposing them to anything. Look the order up and find it. You have already forgotten multiple times to bring my icing or extra icing ordered. You should have found a way to make up for those b/c I'll bet that didn't get put on any lists. I really didn't want to complain but I'm frustrated with the cost of everything then to mess up the order more than 25% of the time is even more frustrating. The biggest fail here is the horrible customer service. Not forgetting soda but ignoring me, expecting me to prove what I ordered,not acknowledging your error and offering to make up for it by some means even if it was free delivery next time or something. There must have been more than 6 people working in that store that could have acknowledged me when I came in. check...

My husband and I are in the "Empty Nest" mode in life. We have fast food/ out food on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Almost weekly, my husband goes to Domino's to pick up our dinner. He likes the curbside pick up. Between our daughters and myself, he says we've burned him out, on pizza. Well, as of this last year, he's turned back to pizza and offers me other specialty items, such as cheesy bread ( Dips & Twists). Being the cheese freak that I am, we tried the 5 cheese bowl and that comes with bread sticks. Only the bread sticks are ribbon shaped, such as the Pink Breast Cancer ribbon. Domino's has pasta, pizza, dips and so much more. If you get a chance, order from Domino's. Domino's pizza can be made 1/2 &1/2. Example: My husband wants Sausage and onions, but I like bacon and Pineapple. You'll open the box and can tell the difference. Last but far from least, you MUST TRY their Molten Lava chocolate dessert. It's a cross between a brownie and a hot, gooey, chocolatey blissful, rich treat. I gave this location one star because of the reckless driver that just left my neighborhood literally spinning tires. UNACCEPTABLE, I tried to encourage the manager to speak with his driver so they can focus on dropping deliveries off at the right location since my delivery was next door. I even pointed out that driver could’ve hit someone (I live on a super dark country rd, no street lights) or damage someone’s property but I quickly realized this team is as strong as its weakest leader. This location I order from for YEARS never experienced anything like it. Needless to say I will NEVER invite anyone from this location into my bank account or to my home EVER again! They act like they pay our bills when we order and they’re coming to their own home while delivering….disrespectful...
