My mother and I went to get some take out from here. I ordered a cheese burger PLAIN meal with sweet tea. My mother ordered a #2 which I believe is a double pounder? Dr pepper and fries as well. We drive away. I noticed but my mom didnt that they gave her a straw but not me. We start to eat our fries and notice that they are saltless. I thought that this would be fixable at my house. But it wasnt something I couldn't fix at my house because I ran out of salt and I had no straws at my house or no clean cups to put my drink that they gave me...without a straw. Which what I have at my house isnt McDonald's fault, but I shouldn't even have to use my supplies or whatever at my house. McDonald's should be able to supply me how they supply everyone else. I get home to eat my cheese burger plain and its not plain. It has ketchup and pickles on it. THAT IS MOST DEFINITELY NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. I called McDonald's to see if I could get a refund or if they could correct my meal. I said I probably wouldnt be able to come back tonight but the lady on the phone said that if I wanted my meal to be corrected or anything I would need to come back tonight. Like ah no sorry lady. I didnt plan on coming back tonight and I won't come back tonight just for you to fix y'alls mistake. Yes, I want my meal to be corrected or get a refund or get a free meal next time I go through but I'm not going to do it on their terms. So since y'all didn't try to fix what you messed up knowing I couldn't come back tonight, you get a bad review.
New update 03/28/19: Yesterday of 03/27/19 I went there with my mother. I asked for a vanilla ice cream and a medium fry and lemonade. My mom order a meal of some sort. They give her her meal (which included a fry already) we were only given back one fry. I got my ice cream (which was good. and yes their ice cream machine works currently.) my mom and I look at the receipt and it doesn't say I asked for a fry. I know for a fact I asked for fry because I was hungry and wanted some food other than a ice Cream. But whatever I blew it off. I figured maybe the chick didn't hear me say it. (Let's also not forget when I went to go get lemonade, some employee was on their phone. Almost ran into me because she wasn't paying attention where she was going. I assume she was on break because as I was trying to figure out where the lemonade was, the employee was all up in my personal space. while talking on the phone. and no, there wasn't no lemonade. My mom suggested sweet tea but they only had unsweetened out. I got sprite instead đđ). So I go in today (03/28/19). I asked for the same thing.    Read morePlace an order in the drive thru. I check my order on the panel outside. When I got to the window to pay the cashier did not repeat the order back to me which is customary. So I repeated it to her I then paid from my order and proceeded to the next window. When I got my order I was short a sandwich and the othersandwichwas made wrong. When I questioned it they said the were not going to give me the sandwich. Instead they had me pull up and wait for someone in mgmt. When that person arrived they had the corrected sandwich and did not bring the missing sandwich to fill my order. Instead they demanded the incorrect sandwich back and refused to give me the sandwich that was missing. When I questioned it they said sometime the speakers don't work in the drive thru. So I wanted to know how this is my fault being the customer. No one had an answer. The manager never saw me he instead sent his assistant manager to deal with my situation. I gave them back the sandwich and I asked why didn't you just make the sandwich and I would have gladly paid for it. But then I thought about this when I returned the sandwich to the assistant manager I said what are you going to do with this sandwich and why would you want it back after I have had it in my possession. It has always been in my 50+ years of going to restaurants that any food in the possession of the customer was never returned or requested back by the kitchen on demand. This can't be healthy and it can't be a policy that is allowed by the regulatory commission that governs this area of the department of health. I guess I would like to know what do they do with the food when they get it back. Do they put it back on the line for resale, do they eat it themselves or do they throw it out. All I know is the lack of customer service and proper resolution to this situation and inability for management to do their jobs to prevent me from giving this lengthy scathing review of this McDonalds could have been prevented.    Read moreI am a regular customer at this location. I order their most days of they week in the morning. Today 9/20/23 I arrived and the inside was not open. I proceeded to drive thru and made my order a chicken biscuit and a mc griddle at 920 am. The first window did not have an employee there. I waited as their was a vehicle at the final window. When they drove off I still had no employee at the cash window so I pulled forward. The young girl that approached the window saw that I had cash to hand her and rolled her eyes and sighed as she told me I was supposed to pay at the other window. I said no one was there and she rolled her eyes again and said that they are there now. I said well I can't pay from here she sighed again and spoke in headset. She snatched the money from my hand. I did get my change back but not without another eye roll when I asked her about my code and if it went through. She said yes with a attitude at this point she seemed annoyed as she hands me my food I asked another question and she shut window on me and I heard thru the window I'm not talking to him anymore.
