I've never been to Zaxby's before but my friend has been begging me to try it. So I downloaded the app and received a free Big Zax Snak Meal. The app said to go in, order it, scan your code and that's it. I did exactly that and then asked the cashier what my new total was. All I got was attitude after that. I didn't tell her first and was now being scolded like I was a child. Then my husband ordered and she couldn't make sense of what he wanted so...attitude. After we got our meal, I asked her for BBQ sauce...attitude. She told me they were .25 cents each if we wanted sauce but whatever and threw the sauce on the counter. I even apologized about it being my first time there and I didnt know. But at this point, I'm not even hungry anymore. I left the sauce on the counter. When we got home, my husband said there was all types of sauce in the bag. Oooooh so the sauce the cashier picked for me is on them, but if I want a specific sauce it's .25 each!?! Read moreI personally love zaxbys when im in a time crunch, but this time the customer service was completely horrible. Aaliyah was the our server at the drive thru window, because of where the car was, I couldn't reach very well and she barely extended her arm to help. She also just kinda looked at the food, closed the box then just waited a minute before putting in the bag. The entire crew of December 4th around 9:20 was unenergized and careless. I personally work in the customer service industry and I've learned, even if you are having a horrible day, you don't put that on the costumer, you treat them as well as possible no matter how much you are hating your life. Read moreI went to zaxbys with my kids and husband today. I ordered wings, made the mistake my self and took them back. Asked them if they could please exchange for just boneless wings, I didn't even ask for money back. What was irritating was I felt like a criminal, I admitted I made a mistake, they had to have my receipt and the line manager had to take it back to other manager to approve. I told the girls in the front that if it's that big a deal just tell them to forget it. Took them about 10 minutes then toget boneless wings.. I just did not appreciate them making me feel like a criminal. I made the mistake I just asked if I could exchange bonein for the boneless.
