My husband has being going to this particular BK for over 40yrs. Last month my husband ordered 2 cheeseburger combo meals. When we got home we realized they had forgotten the cheese. My husband called to which the female manager said no problem, keep the receipt, come in at your earliest convenience. My husband had asked if she needed his name written down or name of manager. She said he didn't need neither, just the receipt. Well we called today to make sure it was still honored as to not waste our time or gas, going for nothing. Alice the manager said she would not honor 2 cheeseburgers because a manager name wasn't provided. My husband explained that he had asked for a name but was assured it wasn't necessary. Is this what we've become? Tell the customer anything because I'm too lazy to do my job and the likelihood of anyone knowing who took this call is slim to none because it's somewhat untraceable. It wouldn't have bothered so much if my husband wasn't reassured a name was needed. But for the fact whomever this lady at E Silversprings location was, to not provide a name is down right deceitful. The manager Alice refused to do anthing. She said to take it up to district manager. WOW, Alice, you need to be demoted. I don't think you could've done less for us other than not answering the phone. I called another BK and asked what their protocol was. To which Courtney said; manager written down and persons name. She apologized for the lack of customer relations Alice demonstrated. Courtney said she had no problem writing down our name and relaying that it was Courtney taking care of us. Read moreI worked here as my 2nd job ever when I was about 17-18, staff has always been very helpful. Great management, food prep is quality, and staff makes sure the customer is happy 🥰 I will say when dealing with the app to make sure your careful ordering. I posted a screenshot of what the corporate office wrote me. I wasn't asked to make my order closest to me location wise, and they retorted with this is the one time thing fixing my order. Just beware. Poor management, Yuki I believe is her name. She's consistently scheduling 2 problematic individuals on the night shift a shinkeeta or shineeka or shiquotta, African American woman, and the manager Synthia that are both bouncing off each other in a seemingly s systematic order and has been causing disturbances within the crew team and shorter crews with only 3 people on shift intentionally to which I see as a intentionally placed management. I've witnessed a act of sorts within the management here at this particular location which just so happen is owned by the same company who owns all the BK restaurants in Ocala Florida. Read moreWho owns this franchise??? You must be losing money!! I pull up to the kiosk to order was asked to wait for my order then ten minutes later I get asked what I want. I had to repeat my order several times at this point. Gentleman taking my order was polite but definitely confused. Now the wait, the wait to pay. After that to the window I was offered the wrong order and when I did get my order I was missing my fries. I was informed by the very quick tongued associate that I didn't pay for fries. I ordered the combo! After a small debate about what I paid for and I produced my receipt I got my order and left. At home I looked at what I had order which was a grilled chicken sandwich plain with just pickle..... Well it was not plain covered in May, no pickles and the chicken was burned and hard. (Now a chew toy for my dog). I haven't gone to Burger King in years. I wanted to give it a try again... Sad. The wait was over twenty minutes from start to finish work only three cars in the drive.
