Poor customer service experience involving an employee named Tiffany. Tiffany's conduct was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. While assisting another customer, she began questioning me about my order. As I attempted to respond, she abruptly cut me off, raised her voice, and said, “I’m working with another customer, hold on and I’ll be with you in a minute.” When she returned, her tone remained hostile. When I asked if everything was okay, she responded even more loudly and rudely. Before I could request help from another staff member, she signaled a coworker to take over, stating she would no longer serve me. As she walked away, she muttered, “I’m sick of this.” This is the second time I’ve experienced disrespectful behavior from Tiffany, and I’ve also observed her treating other customers similarly. I attempted to escalate the issue, but Tiffany claimed to be the manager and refused to provide contact information for a superior. Another employee tried to assist, but Tiffany loudly directed me to the receipt, which only listed a first name and an email. I’ve always had positive experiences with other staff, but this behavior was unacceptable. If Tiffany is unhappy in her role, perhaps a customer-facing position is not ideal for her. Read moreMy husband and I visited this location last week, we could tell that the guy waiting on us was new, ok. Last night I go in and the same guy was waiting on me. He has long hair, ok some of which was pulled back, but certainly not all. Behind the counter, food was everywhere, and the vegetables were NOT fresh, lettuce was turning brown. I love Subway and hate to see this. Please get this corrected so that I can eat Subway. Also I ordered a veggie add bacon, he gave to too much bacon and put it all on one side of the bread. I believe it was to be four peices and he gave me like six or seven, but to not spread it out across the sandwich, no thanks.
