Justine's Ice Cream Parlour — Restaurant in Ocean City

Ice creams taste Good but not even close to Dumser’s Dairyland. The main reason for giving it a 1-star is the extremely rude behavior of the Manager. He took order first and left for something, meanwhile another staff came to serve and said he ll take care of the order, when we ordered him, manager came back and asked us very rudely why did we order him as he said he is taking the order. We said the staff said he ll be taking the order and then he asks us again that he said he will and still why did he told the other staff. Then the staff said no, it was I who told them I ll take order. And then the Manager talked to the staff in a rude manner as well. It was closing time. So another staff was mopping the floor and we were confused should we sit or not as all of the staffs clearly seemed very scared of the Manager. We ordered couple of ice creams and while we were ordering, the Manager kept on charging the staff over the same issue. It was raining hard, we left the place with our toddler and kid because of his attitude. We felt really sorry for the staffs. They all seemed friendly but scared. This can’t be a good work environment. Never ever...

We heard about the Titanic Challenge so we specifically came here for that. Very excited. The rude lady behind the counter asked us if we were sure multiple times before checking with another staff member and then outright denying us the challenge, despite that being a selling point of the place and listed on their menu and online. The ice cream wasn’t that great. There’s a million other ice cream places within walking distance, I recommend people go to any one of them instead.

UPDATE: Owner had this to say: “ we do not have the challenged available since 2020. It was available as a carry out option. If you party wanted to take is as a carry option you could. A the moment we do not offer the challenge.thank you”

That’s great and all but that was not communicated to us at all, nor was the carry out option made available. All we were told was “no” and that was it. Your signs and website still offer the challenge, so try not being lazy and make an effort to communicate that with your customers....

Came with my family after a round of golf. Ordered ice creams and my daughter tried to go out the door cause it was crowded inside. The owner was ringing people up and immediately started yelling at her because she was going out the wrong door and then accused her of stealing. Then I corrected the person who made mine because they picked the wrong flavor and he started yelling at me saying I said the wrong flavor. I told him he didn't need to yell at my daughter she didn't know she was going out the wrong door and his response was she should have known. I asked if he was the manager and he said he was the owner. Even another customer was like sir there is no need to be so aggressive and he started yelling at that customer. Will NEVER ...
