Pizza Mambo — Restaurant in Ocean City

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience with this pizza chain left me no choice. I called to order pizza and wings for my family while staying at a nearby hotel, and what should’ve been a simple phone order turned into a 10+ minute mess of being transferred between three different locations. Each staff member seemed clueless about their own delivery zones, and no one could tell me which store served my area. After finally being directed to what should have been the correct location—just four minutes away from my hotel—I was met with an incredibly rude young woman who flat-out refused to take my delivery order. Her tone was dismissive, and instead of trying to help, she immediately claimed we were “too far,” despite the clear Google Maps distance. When I called one of the other stores back to explain the situation and ask why they transferred me to a location that wouldn’t deliver, the woman on the phone said bluntly, “I don’t know why you're calling me. Call them back and ask them.” Zero accountability, no desire to help—just more attitude. The lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer service across all three locations I spoke to was shocking. The employees were impatient, rude, and clearly uninterested in helping customers. There was no attempt to resolve the issue, no apology for the confusion—just disrespectful and condescending behavior. Based on this experience alone, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. Customer service matters, and the way I was treated was unacceptable. If you're visiting the area or live nearby, I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere. There are too many other options out there that actually value...

I just arrived in Ocean City, after a long drive, to my amazement I found this place open even after 12pm WOW I'm a person who has a hard time deciding, but their menu really gave me a big inner beating With the help of this wine🤭 which only helped me enjoy the music and the atmosphere on the terrace of this restaurant, I managed to choose my dish (which I recommend with all my confidence) I promise you I wasn't starving The food was really good!!! I generally don't like sweets, but this cake was recommended to me by the best server I've ever had! I was visiting Ocean city for the 1st time me and my husband. We looked up this place and based on the reviews decided to try it out. Worst decision!!! We ordered the what was supposed to be a large supretme pizza but was actually a small and they ran out of onions, so minus the onions and were charged $25. Very skimpy pizza with minimal toppings. We also thought we'd try the Italian sub, another terrible choice. For We literally received one slice of ham and one slice of salami with a big block of cheese in the center. Lousy food for $42.00. Never again!...
