Firehouse subs all the time. But I had a couple times that I couldn’t eat the sandwiches. I don’t know what it was. They’re just kind of wet and tasteless. But I still stop here and buy sandwiches for other people. This firehouse subs in Ocen Springs had very nice staff. It was a pleasure to go in an order sandwich to go.

Good food, horrible atmosphere, horrible service. At least at night I would avoid this place. They start shutting everything down way early so if you want a drink better enjoy their vast selection of bottled drinks catering to the taste buds of only a few and not all or restrictions.

Anna since I see you respond on here quite a bit can you explain why your management is closing the front end of the restaurant while customers are still in view presently eating?

If you close down early turn your signs off and your online ordering is all I got to say on this. Charging those for drinks and expecting them to be okay with bottled drinks is absurd. You don't go to a gas station expecting unleaded and being okay with putting diesel in... Do...

First couple of times I went the subs were very good but a little overpriced for the size. The last time I went the sub was just soggy. Couldn’t understand what created so much liquid. I’ll probably try one more time and maybe ask for no mayo. Wait time can be a bit long even when the place is almost empty and lots of people working. Can’t understand that!

Update: I work as a delivery driver and I will NEVER pick up at Firehouse again . It seems they’ve had some thefts recently and now want to be rude to delivery drivers and treat us like criminals! I can’t believe how rude a worker was to me when I went to pick up an order! I will never go back as a driver...

I ordered the new triple meat Carolina med sandwich combo had so much mayo on it took 6 napkins trying to wipe it off old going brown coleslaw could only find 1 crispy onion straw on it the sandwich was so soggy It was terrible I ask where are the onion straws she opens the sandwich and says there's one then snickered I told her I just paid $16 dollars for that and left a tip I asked her what are you snickering about that's rude then she decided to argue with me I told her I am a customer .I will never return to Ocean Spring firehouse again what happen it use to be so good and great...
