Up N Smoke - Vape Shop — Local services in Ocean Springs

There are two of these stores in Ocean Springs, one being on Bienville and the other on Washington. However, they’re owned by the same people you can see my review from the Washington location that the owner tried to discount and say that I was referring to the wrong location. I am not referring to the long wrong location because I am referring to both locations. DO NOT do business with these guys I mean, unless you’re trying to spend extra money and receive the worst service. For example one of the products there that I purchase (daily) I mentioned one time that they had great prices on this product and I appreciate them, keeping their prices low for my business when I came in the next day, he had jacked up the price to the price that I just told him that most people had it at. These guys do not care about their customers. They let a daily customer walk out over a $5 price dispute. I probably could overlook a lot of this but their communication is absolutely ridiculous and at both locations I can understand around 10% of the words that come out of their mouths. In addition to all of this, the owner tried to say they do not, but both locations If you use a credit card, they charge around 3 to 4 dollar service fee.
