Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Ocean Springs

Well of course we all know Popeye's Chicken is great I don't feel like they have big pieces of chicken there always small especially their breasts. The people behind the counter or okay sometimes they are good and sometimes they're not so good they don't keep the place very clean like it should be but I do enjoy their chicken when it's done right. They do have a lot of great sales especially the one that was like four pieces of chicken for $5. I guess it depends on what store you go into but I think they need to train their people should be just a little bit more courteous with their customers. Other than that I will go back because I enjoy spicy chicken. But I mainly get it to go here lately. Sometimes I think that they over fry their chicken to where it's not juicy little too crunchy and you guys know what I'm talking about because we all like to sink our teeth into that moist juicy plump chicken and not some skin that is too hard to chew That Could Break Your Teeth. But I'll keep going and keep giving it...

Staff was on their phones in lobby 4 of them. The manager was outside smoking. Only three people was actually doing their job drice through was backed up to the road. We decided to go in becouse we couldnt.get in line becouse we was sitting in the road. We parked along with a few other customers and decided to go in. We then stood their for 25 minutes for the manager to come in and tell us its online.orders only. This is the.second time ive tried this.location and bith times we where treated with the worst.experience. but i.found it interesting.that the three people in front.of the group that came in got served food becouse.they.where freinds.with the poor low quality staff we will not be back to this location and i hope the city will get them for backing.traffic into a.main intersection poor service.low quality and worste...

Received our Doordash order(Called Doordash they made it right). Everything was great from the order on Doordash’s end, but Popeyes manager working tonight is horrendous. We opened the bag about an 1hr after our order as we were busy, and the bag was sealed from Popeyes. However, after opening the Chicken Sandwich there was already a bite missing from the sandwich. Bag was sealed so doubtful Doordash did it, so I called Popeyes, and all the manager would say is they don’t do that. Which clearly I would hope not, but it did happen, and her attitude she was rude and seemed confrontational. I simply told her I was calling them, and Doordash as that item was now unsafe for me to eat. This was disappointing and irritating as I was not trying to get money or even refund just trying to let them know...
