Amber & Laurie are truly two of the Most Amazing & Fabulous Women whom this consignment has the pleasure to have working with them. My Family and friends consider me a fashionista to say the least! And I must say these ladies have been a Huge Asset to this fact. As they understand and know my busy fun filled life & adventures! I always look forward to dressing Up for many occasions. ME, my Friends & Family ENJOY going to quite a few Consignments regularly for years. We go to Consignments in town, nearby cities and even out of state. We ask for NO Special treatment , however, these ladies make it worth the trip of my friends who I bring to this consignment from out of town and state and they have said they enjoy the positive vibe and energy of this Store. My husband has come with me and says "it's nice how Amber and Laurie bring things to you cause you shop here so often that they know what you like!!" Yes, the service of these ladies is friendly, helpful and makes you want to stop by as they never disappoint. Sometimes I may only have 15 mins to take a look (kids, work, life), however, with these ladies HELP they see me and sometimes show me some new things that come in, that I may like or they may just show me something they think is cool or cute or inspiring... therefore, saves me time where I may grab it and go. Making the experience outstanding and even more worth it. Understandably, they make this ONE of my Favorite Consignments to STOP BY. Who doesn't want such service!! Life is to short and as a Manager who deals with customer service on a regular basis for over 33 years!! I'm only giving credit where it is certainly due. Consigner beware! When you drop off items now they do not go through your things in front of you. You drop into a bin, they go through it later and "donate" anything they cannot accept. After a big clean out, I dropped off 7 bags of in season, brand new, with tags, designer shoes (booties and flats) and clothing and visited the store every week to see if my items were put out. We are talking Calvin Klein, Lily, Marc Jacobs, Coach, Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren, etc. 95% of my items have not been on the racks or on display. A month and a half after I dropped off they only sold 3 of my items. This is completely insane. The shoes I dropped off were sizes 10-10.5 which I know would sell because it's so hard to find that size at consignment shops and they were all never worn.

Not to mention, walking around the store the quality and quantity of the clothing is so low compared to how it used to be and the shoe racks are basically empty. There is no chance that they would have "donated" my brand new stuff.

I wish I had read other reviews before consigning. This store has 100% changed since they moved and the staff 100% cherry pick and take the best items. This happens in places with poor management (I have 10 years experience in thrift shop operations and have seen it all). It's the biggest scam. Find somewhere else to consign or sell in local Facebook groups. If you don't care about making money for your items, donate to a local shelter. Anything is better than this....

I've only been here once and I don't typically leave a review for something until I've experienced it at least a few times but I get the feeling that this store provides a pretty predictable experience.

A friend of mine who really likes this place took me with her one day and it was pretty impressive for a consignment shop. It was very clean and tidy and it was very nicely organized by size, type (jackets, shirts, pants etc.) and even color. Most consignment stores seem to be cramped and crowd with racks and racks of unorganized clothing, seemingly strewn about without much of any organized system at all. There's a cute selection of accessories and sunglasses which are in their own designated areas. Granted, there's a decent amount of very cheapy type of costume jewelry and other things but those items are not marked up - typically only $1-$5 so there isn't anything wrong there. They also have dressing rooms which you don't always see at consignment shops. They've a nice variety of stuff, all in top condition. Prices are mostly fair, some things could be just a tad lower but all in all, decent. Also, the two women working there were very kind and very pleasant.
