I ordered the double patty melt meal and the meat was dry and the onions was not cook also the cheese was not even melted, tasted bad! Fries was cold and it looks as it came from the bottom of the bag short and full of salt! My husbands classic buttery jack's meat was also nasty! People work hard to make money people! Not to buy nasty food and to get home hungry and waste money on these nasty food! Do the job right! I would rather wait than to have these nasty food! Make it right please! I know a lot of your employees don't care beacuse they don't have to eat it or not their money to spend and they are getting paid no matter what! Do your job right please! You don't even deserve 1 star! Been A while since I was at this location and itâs worse! You call these curly fries and crispy chicken tenders? However This particular visit I want to send a special thank you to "KEVIN" whom took my order through the drive thru at store #3061 in Oceanside on 7/24/2020 @7 :47PM. ( I don't care about the free whatever just want to say thank you) That evening I went to JIB for a sole purpose of a particular craving, than quickly became shiney on something else super yummy! If it wasn't for KEVIN suggesting other items I might enjoy or add to my order I would have completely forgotten what originally came for and would have arrived home bummed because I had forgotten my main purpose of going to JIB! Now this item is not normally asked of me as i go through the drive through. It was so random to me that he would ask. Not only that, KEVIN's overall customer service was superb . He spoke clearly and clearly understood me. Which is a big thing going through the drive thru. Thanks again JIB for having such a great employee like KEVIN and all your YUMMINESS...

How is it possible that staff from the counter newbies, to the actual management, have no clue how to greet a customer, nor take an order without walking away before the order is complete. Up selling? I've been coming here for about 9 months now...only one time. The homeless folks everyone complain about actually keep the exterior patio clean at night, while the rude manager, and 1-2 other mute staff, ignore you, walk away mid order, or just stare at you blankly as if you are not speaking either English or Spanish... Heaven forbid they can actually greet you when they approach the counter, let alone when you walk in the door... All shifts and employee levels, need to find a job that ignores basic customer service skills... Huge...
