Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Oceanside

So everything about Jersey Mike's food is great! The staff was friendly and place clean. But I didn't give 5 stars on service because for years they would ask if we wanted our sandwiches cut in half, etc our we would ask for it. Not here. Not only did they serve them while, but when we asked for them to be cut, they said they don't do that. It was everyone in our group. They did after us asking again, and we did so very nicely. Some in our group were timid about asking and we are all over 60 and we realize the young folks don't want to deal with us and it would slow down the very short line but when sharing a footlong or a ½ it needs to be cut. They staff wasn't rude, but they simply said they don't cut the sandwiches. So it made more work for them because they wrapped and bagged it, and then after I brought them back up to the counter, they had to unwrap, etc, to cut and then wrap all over again. It was silly. There were 5 workers there, so they weren't short staffed and there were not people waiting in line. So this was a really off day maybe but I hope they aren't really considering the move to not cut sandwiches for...

Amazing customer service! I ordered a Postmates and the sub was wrong. So I drove back feeling grumpy. When I got there I was greeted by two very friendly gentleman. I went on to tell them what happened. They started apologizing up and down and then more than made up for it with their friendliness and promptness to fix the order. They stacked my sandwich high and packed it up while I was waiting they even offered me a drink which I most definitely needed.
