Avoid! Sauce is rancid! They aren’t pulling the other sauces, so especially avoid them the next few days/weeks. I called immediately when we got home and unfortunately my daughter ate a bite and said mommy it tastes really bad. They said the rest ‘look fine’ even though mine smells bad and tasted super acidly like sat out days rancid acidy. Clumps in liquid. So it doesn’t even look ok. I didn’t think to check it before leaving the store, but wish I had. I asked him to please taste one and he said they look fine. Why not open one, smell it, taste it, to avoid selling more rancid sauce to other customers. Nope. No offer of a new sauce, nada. Unfortunately the pizza wasn’t good either. We love little Caesar’s, kids’ favorite pizza place, this location, however continues to have poor customer, quality reflects this as well. I wish something would be done about this. The worker told me September they got new management but obviously that didn’t fix whatever is messing up quality. Should have drove the extra few miles to another location. We were strapped for time and daughter had bloodwork which required fasting and appt lasted a long time so she was hungry and this was the closest location to us. Never again. Goodness 3rd mishap on their end NOT a charm. Why did I give this location another opportunity to disappoint. I’ve yet to get a good pizza from this place. Burnt one time a year ago and they wouldn’t refund because I ‘should have viewed it before leaving’. So I now request to see the pizza before I leave, i feel silly having to do it, but management said I must if I want anything corrected. Hubby, not realizing THIS was the bad location, got pizza here and it was cold and seemingly reheated multiple times. Chewy, we tossed it because management wouldn’t take it back. Under new management, got thick crust was doughy, I couldn’t tell looking at it before to leave, it looked ok, but was so doughy we thought it was a thick layer of cheese, tasted it’d nope, dough. No answer at store. This time, as I explained situation, guy at store even said sept they got new management and if there’s issue, he said store will ask to send photos for refund no problem. Read moreI ordered at the counter ready to pay then the cashier just walks off we stayed at the counter and extra 7 minutes he saw us and never came back to take our money so I thought he put in the order and he wanted us to pay after cuz he looked straightat us countlesstimes at the counter with cash in our hands. So for over 27 minutes he saw us waiting for our order just sitting and standing mind u the room is extra small no way he could miss us. then a bunch of costumers come in one asks loud how long have u been waiting I told her that's when the cashier looks at me saying I never received ur payment he saw us waiting there for over 27 minutes and said nothing again nothing. I'm sorry but u can see he walked off when we were ordering our food if the manager looks at the camera they can see all that. So we left very angry with no food and him smirking at us I won't say his first name but he lied straight to my face that we never ment to pay we had our cash out and didnt leave the counter for atleast 5 to 7 minutes i want him to b held responsible but not fired I understand if it was really busy at time of order but it was not. Read moreSo pleased with this place. It's looks updated. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The items are to go so you cannot sit down and eat which is fine. The staff here is really understanding of my request for pale crazy bread for my child with autism who is a very picky eater. So happy there is good people here.
Update* I cannot thank this amazing staff enough for their compassion. I am here every day and the staff already knows my order for my son the moment I walk through the door. It is such a relief. If there's a new person, they are patient and understanding of how I like the bread for my son. I usually wait just a few minutes. The staff is always happy, smiling and they work so hard. What an amazing team! This location has the best customer service ever. When the hacienda drive location closed, I panicked. Thank you guys so much. You make my day easier and more pleasant. My little boy also thanks you for making the crazy bread just the way he likes it.
