I'm so disappointed in the service that I received this morning around 6:40am. i provided a Mcdonald's code for the food that i purchased. i was specifically clear on what i wanted & the lady working the intercom for the drive thru was rude and impatient when i voiced the correction of my order. I asked her to repeat the order & she proceeded to tell me what she thought she heard, i again corrected her. through the intercom, i heard a sigh & frustration. I pull up to the first window. I didn't receive a nice, welcoming greeting & i asked her again to repeat the order. after, i completed my transaction; i asked her for her name. the lady responded with, "why?". i asked her for her name a second time & she responded with "maria." i drove up to the second window & explained what just happened with "maria" to another lady. the lady apologized & told me that the individual's name is not "maria". the lady still didn't tell me what the actual individual name is. i left the drive thru unsatisfied & felt not welcome just because i needed clarification on my order. i will not be visiting this mcdonald's soon due to the...
Read moreWe’ve been a regular customer of your branch but today I went to drive thru and my bad I couldn’t find my code and I said “hold on , where do I find the code here?” the lady on the microphone goes “oh my god really??” not sure if she said that to me or she’s having conversations with someone else inside but I think it’s very unethical cos I would assume she said that on me loud and clear and then she asked me again “can I have your order pls” she prolly assume I left already and thought another customer pull forward . And I stayed there cos finally found it and when I have my order number she then was the one who had the hard time to find it so she told me to pull forward and without taking to add my chocolate shake that I said on the last part . Read moreI have been coming to this location almost daily for the past 6 months but today is the last time for me due to security issues. I dont feel safe eating here anymore. This location opens at 7am and I come here breakfast and to relax before going about my day. Today i was approached by 5 different individuals harassing me for food and money and even cigarettes all withing the 45 minute time frame i was here. The staff doesnt say anything so I feel very uncomfortable. I help individuals when I am able to but the transients that come here know they can do what they please at free will. They even stand by the ordering window in the drive through for hours on end again with no one saying anything about it. I hope the district manger reads this because I know I am not the only one who has experienced these issues at this location.
