In my nearly 30 years of living, I have NEVER once received the amount of unprofessionalism and disrespect from staff at ANY place of business that I received this morning at this specific location, specifically a woman named Ana/Anamaria who claimed to be the manager. I placed a mobile order through the app and arrived 10 minutes after the order was placed. I noticed it wasn't ready so I gave the staff a few more minutes before approaching the counter and asking about my order. The woman who "helped" me, for lack of a better word, looked at my order and said in the most disregarding tone, "We don't have that in our system" and made some rude hand gesture and walked away. Now keep in mind, the order already went through , I received an email confirmation, and I even pulled up my bank info to see if I had been charged which I was. I showed all of this to her and her attitude got even worse when I asked if they can just make it or give me a refund. At this point it was a few minutes of arguing back and forth until she completely started ignoring me and I decided to record her admitting she is denying me a product/good which I have legally paid for. Once I got the evidence i needed I left and made a formal complaint with customer services who also didn't really sound as genuine to resolve the issue but instead sounded like they were reading a generic script. I've yet to hear anything back and receive a refund from this franchise. The most ridiculous part is that this franchise is already "struggling" with the $20/hr pay rate and they're only killing themselves even more by hiring the most disrespectful, inconsiderate staff. I can see now why everyone is pushing for automation/bots, and I actually had these people's backs for a long time considering I work in the industry myself. I do not think I will be doing business with this company any longer unless the situation is properly resolved. Maybe when the horrible staff is finally replaced with robots I'll consider going back. Until then, if you plan to eat here, just avoid breakfast or ordering through the app as the morning staff will claim "there's nothing". Read moreThis is the slowest drive thru in town, usually have no other issues then that. I can wait. However, last night at 7pm I decided to try the mobile app to order food, you know the reason why they have those special parking spaces. I was having trouble with my phone, saying I wasn't there, app said if I was there to just go in and show this order code to the worker. I did and they all had no idea what to do with this code. They kept thinking I used Uber eats. Acted like they didn't know they have their own app. Manager refused to look at my app or code and just kept saying we have no order. Then they kept telling me I must have sent it to a different McDonald's, but still refused to acknowledge they have their own app. I confirmed it was this location off Vista Way and they replied no we're Jefferson. So now they don't know their own address?? They kept rushing me over so they could help the people behind me. I got so frustrated I left. I was able to cancel the order thru the app luckily and I drove over to The Habit got food there the old fashioned way. I noticed that after I left and canceled the order that location was no longer available on the app until this morning. Interesting. Everyone here in the evening including the manager were unhelpful and liars....

I ordered two Frappes, pulled up to the window the employee said $6.00 something, I handed her a coupon (BOGO Free) she said $6.00 something again, I said: no I just gave you a coupon for buy one get one Free, she said: OK whatever, I said: No not whatever, what is the price with coupon? She said: ok $5.00 dollars I said: NO the frappes are $3. something each so it's not $5.00 She said : well I have to go back there so I don't know ( I had NO idea what she was talking about.... back where?) I just wanted to know the price NOT have her makeup a price. I gave her $4.00 She then told me: Pull up and over someone will bring them out.
