S K's Donuts — Restaurant in Oceanside

I have made two visits to this nice shop when my car was getting serviced at the Firestone Master Care shop next door. I started by getting a breakfast sandwich on my first visit. Upon coming in, i received a warm greeting from the owner/staff. I ordered the ham, egg ,and cheese on a croissant and a mocha smoothie. They asked me if i wanted hot sauce and i said yes. Not sure if they gave me a Cholula sauce or Tapatio, but either way, the sandwich was definitely better with it. Don't get me wrong, the sandwich was made fresh to order, and you can definitely taste the freshness. I requested to dine-in, and they seemed to be okay with it, which is rare for these covid times. Back track to when they gave me my order, the staff owner brought my order to my table. They could have just called my name and I would have been okay to pick up, but i was pleasantly surprised that they did not. I did not expect that kind of customer service in a small shop like this, but it was definitely very refreshing, and very much appreciated. They put two donut holes in my order, free of charge! I have been bringing my extended family here on vacation for over 30 years. We typically buy about 7 dozen donuts every day while we are there. Never once have we been disappointed with what we buy. These are the best donuts we have ever eaten. They are a generous and kind small family that give you more donuts than what you always pay for. I’m only in town 2 weeks of the year, but they know my name and know all of my family as well. Highly recommend that you support local businesses like them. Especially them. Last month, we were down there and my mother passed away unexpectedly. I had to go home, but they sent a free dozen donuts home with my extended family for me. If you're on Coast highway and looking for the best donut, look no further.

SK's has an incredible and delicious selection to choose from, and each time I've gone they've thrown in an extra donut or a few donut holes for free. Even if the donuts were mediocre, the freebies would make this place worth it. But once you factor in their delicious donuts, choosing SK's becomes a no-brainer.

Price is good too. Today I bought three ring donuts and paid $5.00 (plus they threw in four donut holes for free, which I didn't even discover until I had gotten to the car).

I could not recommend this establishment enough. 10/10
