Splash Martini Bar — Restaurant in Oconomowoc

I recently rented out the lakeroom at splash for a birthday party on February 5th 2022. We had 3 DJs playing that night. Two hours into the party the owners wife came down complaining about how loud the music was and that she was going to call the cops on us for said loud music. You could not hear us on the splash side of the bar or outside with all the doors shut. She made the Djs turn down the bass all the way down (she stood there watching them until they turned it off) and made comments that she didn't like the fact there was a AJs DJ playing the set. This definitely ruined the night for a handful of people. I am not pleased as I was the host/contact holder for that party. I will not be renting this room out again. I am so disappointed with how my guests were treated by the owners wife. If as a company that is renting out a hall/room if you don't want certain types of clients you need to be very specific of what you "allow". I do not recommend this lakeroom for...

BUGS!! Drinks are great. I have been to Splash a couple of times. This last Time in particular my friend and I sat in the back for the first time. When we first sat down I saw a bug crawling around on the table I took the menu and went to push the bug off and noticed as soon as I picked up the menu five more bugs came out. I’m not sure what these bugs were they were not ants and they were not spiders but look somewhere in between. I would’ve just disregarded it if it was a single bug crawling on the floor around the table which is what I initially thought. This service is great and the bartenders are very cute!!! It IS a nice martini bar.... not your average "Moe's"... so don't expect a dance floor or even a lot of room to mingle.... so it's going to be cramped getting to and from your table to the bathrooms, or the patio with a very nice view, or the back area, which is like a very nice and very chill lounge with comfy lounge chairs and tables for your drinks.... be careful if your whole Group leaves your table to go outside on the patio because on a busy night some other partygoers will claim it...
